Doesn't cut through grease and even after rinsing any plastic wear will get tainted with an after taste on its next use. I had to thrown out and rebuy all our kids plates and bowls.

I used this product on a container that I'd had leftover sausages in, so the container was pretty greasy. I washed it once with hot running water and a scrubbing brush with a small amount of liquid, and it was not clean. I then used a larger amount of liquid and scrubbed the container with just a drizzle of water, basically covered the whole thing in lather and rinsed it in hot water, and it still wasn't clean. I ended up putting it in the dishwasher.
It does the job for most washing up, I still use it for baby bottles and general quick washing up, but it does not cut through grease at all.
