Long time customer, and still a customer
I've been buying from PCCG online for a long while now.
The online store is slick and easy to navigate, and my history is easy to access from my profile which has come in handy once or twice.
I've never had a single problem with what I have purchased from here.... until 2020.
Some fans and the fan controller from (manufacturer) were acting up and I contacted PCCG to see if they could take a look.
They did look at them and let me know that there were some faults, as a result the fans and controller were replaced. Went home and the new fans wor...Read more
ked, but the remaining old fans were still faulty. They took a look at those and replaced them too. Returns/Warranty can be a real frustration. I was very happy with the way PCCG dealt with it, no mucking around, no 4 week wait while it's sent to the manufacturer or anything else.
