if you require parts in a hurry delivered, I would not recommend you purchase online from this store the item only needs to travel from melbourne to Sydney, 3 weeks and still waiting for the last part of my build who knows when it will arrive. Even with this corona virus every other store managed to send parts within 7 days or 10 days at the max. Item would of arrived quicker if I just bought it overseas.

Ordered and paid for an item on 02/04/2020, received a tracking number by 04/04/2020 and then nothing. They didn't dispatch the item for two weeks. I've contacted them after a week to inquire where the item was and why its not moving and they blamed the postal service (according to them the item was shipped). Contacted the postal services who launched their own investigation. Item was finally dispatched and scanned at the facility on 19/04/2020. Item was delivered on 21/04/2020. Clearly, the post office was working fast and delivered within the specified times. Be careful when you use this company, they would rather blame everyone else than tell you the truth.

The order took over a month, even the revised came and went. Still not delivered, wrong tracking number etc which was given to me before it was "picked up by the courier. Used COVID 19 as an excuse when similar and contemporaneous placed orders were delivered in a matter of days Use Scorptec / UMart or another reliable supplier over this excuse. Won't shop with them again.

They have actually built my PC and shipped it much faster than what I have expected! I am waiting anxiously for it to arrive :) I haven't had a chance to build a PC in a while now

The PC arrived and it is amazing! they did a fantastic job of assembling and packaging it in a perfect way. They were earlier than expected even with the current situation. I made my order on the 6th and got my PC on the 9th

PC Case Gear is one of the best pc component retailers for their customer service when it comes to returns or shopping questions unfortuneately they consistently fail to dispatch orders even when paying for express.

At this current moment it has taken PCCG 3 days to get a m.2 drive dispatched from their warehouse this is getting close to public holidays and a long weekend meaning that the item will take a whopping 14~ days to arrive (this is despite paying for star track express.)

This is a dissapointing experience and stems from PCCGs unwillingness to ensure more dispatch capacity is built at their own warehouse.

Great site with a wide range of choices to build whatever style suits your need. Extremely helpful crew and fast reply with any enquires. Delivery of goods is excellent and fast!

Had my custom PC built with two years warranty. A year and a bit later the PC wouldn’t boot up. It has been the only issue that I have had with the PC so I sent the warranty request. The next morning I had an email back to organise pickup. Within seven days it was picked up, fixed and returned. The customer service was great with emails letting me know what was happening and getting more information. I have been really impressed by the customer service and the quick find and fix of the issue. My PC is back and running better then ever.

I ordered and paid for a $3K custom built system which Shane had been helping me configure very early (12:20 am) on Wednesday morning. After the new government initiatives were released at 9am on Wednesday and because of the uncertain times that lay ahead, I thought I should not be spending this money now. I cancelled my order and informed Shane by email. He told me that they understood the situation and that I would receive a credit within the next few days. PayPal acknowledged the credit immediately and the money is back in my account. I don't know of any other company which would do this including large multi nationals like Qantas who have a cancellation fee.
I have nothing but praise for PC Case Gear.

Need to be educated on how to pack delicate computer equipment, items placed in a box too small and taped exposing delicate components to impact and potential damage !! it's pretty basic stuff really but what do they care they have my money now !!

Be warned, you will receive the WORST customer service from this company. ZERO regard for paying customers. If I could rate less than 1 star I would - Do not buy from them.

NZXT USB internal hub fried my motherboard, there is a wealth of information about this on the web, they do not want anything to do with it and were quite rude.

I have placed 33 orders with PC Case Gear going back to 2012, totalling many thousands of dollars. The lasted (March 3rd 2020) is a Ryzen 3950 @ $1229. In all these years and all those different orders everything has been perfect. PCCG is prompt, accurate, Absolutely smooth experience and I wish other companies could take a page from their book. I dunno how they do it, I mean over all these orders one would almost "expect" some prob of some kind but happily this is not the case. Fast, reliable, well packed/protected. I trust them absolutely, and hope they never change. I write this because they deserve it, they earned it.

Great sales advice and products. My PC was shipped extremely fast and well packed. I don't have the time anymore to build a PC (built all previous ones) so wasn't sure of how it would be built, i.e. having cables neatly tucked away leaves room for air to cool PC down under load etc. I was very surprised at the build quality, speed of delivery and the packaging to care for my PC. I will always get my PC supplies and future PCs from PC Case Gear. Thank you for being awesome!

My orders from PCCG came prompt and on time, couldn't be happier,their sales service is too notch too, one of my orders was the Corsair obsidian 1000D case, it's huge the driver helped me with it to the door of my apartment, fantastic experience all round,thank you PCCG:)

Excellent store, fast dispatch times. Ordered Sunday night, received Tuesday midday... not bad at all. Ordered from them before and they have always been really fast and efficient / well priced.
