AVOID THEM AS MUCH AS YOU CAN
AVOID THIS COMPANY. I made a purchase online with these guys and don't recive any correspondence for them at all infill I sent an email asking where the products are and what's the tracking number, I got a reply one the 8th day where they blame aus post and if I didn't receive a email within 7 days from the email to contact them again. So 4 days went by before aus post told me they recived a booking and I got 1 product 4 days later. So far 16 days till I got the first product and another 2 for the next product. As well do you start building and...Read more
to my surprise both parts are doa, completely DOA so I sent an email back again and got told to fill in the warranty form on the site. Done that and now it's been 2 weeks with no response at all. Also have sent 2 emails asking why I have not recived a rma to get a warranty on the new parts with no response.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Great customer service and quick return.
Had my custom PC built with two years warranty. A year and a bit later the PC wouldn’t boot up. It has been the only issue that I have had with the PC so I sent the warranty request. The next morning I had an email back to organise pickup. Within seven days it was picked up, fixed and returned. The customer service was great with emails letting me know what was happening and getting more information. I have been really impressed by the customer service and the quick find and fix of the issue. My PC is back and running better then ever.

Best Customer Experience Ever
I ordered and paid for a $3K custom built system which Shane had been helping me configure very early (12:20 am) on Wednesday morning. After the new government initiatives were released at 9am on Wednesday and because of the uncertain times that lay ahead, I thought I should not be spending this money now. I cancelled my order and informed Shane by email. He told me that they understood the situation and that I would receive a credit within the next few days. PayPal acknowledged the credit immediately and the money is back in my account. I don't know of any other company which would do this including large multi nationals like Qantas who have a cancellation fee.
I have nothing but praise for PC Case Gear.

learn how to pack !!
Need to be educated on how to pack delicate computer equipment, items placed in a box too small and taped exposing delicate components to impact and potential damage !! it's pretty basic stuff really but what do they care they have my money now !!

Disgusting Customer Service
Be warned, you will receive the WORST customer service from this company. ZERO regard for paying customers. If I could rate less than 1 star I would - Do not buy from them.

Terrible - Horrible customer service, refuse to warranty item.
NZXT USB internal hub fried my motherboard, there is a wealth of information about this on the web, they do not want anything to do with it and were quite rude.

Long time customer, and still a customer
I've been buying from PCCG online for a long while now.
The online store is slick and easy to navigate, and my history is easy to access from my profile which has come in handy once or twice.
I've never had a single problem with what I have purchased from here.... until 2020.
Some fans and the fan controller from (manufacturer) were acting up and I contacted PCCG to see if they could take a look.
They did look at them and let me know that there were some faults, as a result the fans and controller were replaced. Went home and the new fans wor...Read more
ked, but the remaining old fans were still faulty. They took a look at those and replaced them too. Returns/Warranty can be a real frustration. I was very happy with the way PCCG dealt with it, no mucking around, no 4 week wait while it's sent to the manufacturer or anything else. They looked at the bits, they were broken so they gave me new ones.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Long term customer
I have placed 33 orders with PC Case Gear going back to 2012, totalling many thousands of dollars. The lasted (March 3rd 2020) is a Ryzen 3950 @ $1229. In all these years and all those different orders everything has been perfect. PCCG is prompt, accurate, Absolutely smooth experience and I wish other companies could take a page from their book. I dunno how they do it, I mean over all these orders one would almost "expect" some prob of some kind but happily this is not the case. Fast, reliable, well packed/protected. I trust them absolutely, and hope they never change. I write this because they deserve it, they earned it.

PC Case Gear, awesome again!
Great sales advice and products. My PC was shipped extremely fast and well packed. I don't have the time anymore to build a PC (built all previous ones) so wasn't sure of how it would be built, i.e. having cables neatly tucked away leaves room for air to cool PC down under load etc. I was very surprised at the build quality, speed of delivery and the packaging to care for my PC. I will always get my PC supplies and future PCs from PC Case Gear. Thank you for being awesome!

PC Case Gear has never let me down or given me less than perfect experiences.
First paragraph is about another company which I have had ironic experiences with. To compare with PCCG
I normally shop at Mwave because I'm from Orange NSW but PC Case Gear has been my go to for nice deals and quick service. Mwave charges extra for transit cover, way more for express delivery, also charge paypal users for the transaction fee. More so, they take up to 2 or 3 days to actually ship off items even when they have "24hr dispatch". The item I got had been sitting in a warehouse for god knows how long (the battery is horrible), and t...Read more
he "limited deal" came up again just a day after the deal ended. Mwave is dodgy and unprofessional On the other hand, PC Case Gear, a store from Victoria, shipped my items in 18 hrs, and I got it the next morning. The shipping was very cheap and they packed the items very carefully. It's quick, easy and very top standard professional. It astonishes me how a store that charges less actually gets your items to you in less than 48hrs when you live in a completely different state. How easy was it to navigate the store? Well the online store isn't perfect but it's focused towards PC Enthusiasts and has all you need, where you need it. The web design seems ages and a little weird. There could be a bit more contrast to know where the buttons actually are and the categories could be neater. However as I stated, the target audience would easily be able to navigate and easily find their product. Personally I found my product from staticice How satisfied were you with the range of products available? This online store has just about everything you need. However, there are sections that are just bland, The virtual reality section for example only has HTC Products. However I've never had an issue trying to find what I want from here. One time, I found a laptop deal they were having, it was very easy to find and was just at the moment that I was looking for one. Of course that was also a perfect experience. I bought extra parts for it like an SSD to install.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

System error
My partner ordered a mouse pad on the 29th of January 2020 from PC case gear. He had previously ordered a head set from them with no issues, it arrived to the correct address and everything. Before we ordered the head set he had another order which had issues with shipping, he updated his address and double checked and it still got sent to the incorrect address. Fast forward to the current order which is the mouse pad.
He checked the tracking for the shipping, it was sent to our old address which was from a year ago, but we had recently had a...Read more
n order shipped to the address now. When ordering the mouse pad he double checked the address and added it to his profile, and took a screen shot of the address change before pressing accept, because of the one order he had issues with. He contacted PC case gear, he spoke with [name removed], who informed my partner it was his fault. Even though he triple checked the address details. [name removed] then informed my partner it hadn’t updated on his end, even though it automatically filled our address details on the website and we had the previous order shipped here. My partner also never received an invoice from them in his emails, which had the incorrect address on it, if he had received this he would of contacted them straight away to fix it. [name removed] informed my partner to contact Aus post to get it redirected. My partner did this, but was told he couldn’t change the address, PC case gear could if they called. He Called back and got [name removed] again, told him what Aus post had said and [name removed] assured my partner he’d contact Aus post as soon as he could. [name removed] didn’t contact Aus post until 2 days later, but was too late, if he had called sooner it could of been intercepted and sent to the right address. [name removed] had to find out this by calling Aus post because [name removed] hadnt called back to inform him he couldn’t change the address, he had told my partner he would call back to let him know what’s happening. My partner called back and got [name removed] again, [name removed] said it was my partners fault, even though plenty of other people have had issues with their shipping address not updating on PC case gears end. So my partner has to pay another $15 shipping again. Or he gets a refund but it wouldn’t be a full refund as they charge $16.50 For a return to sender fee, and take 30% to restock the item even though they have the item back. Honestly absolute awful customer service. You guys need to check your system. Thanks.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Refund and customer service terrible.
After discussing the return of a graphics card valued at $1000 and being told to it send back at my own and that because the package had been opened and I would lose 20% of the value the cost the refund was declined after three weeks! Completely unacceptable and very poor customer service, with no attempt at all to help me with a solution. To rub salt into the wound i was then told i would have to pay for the device to be returned to me! Certainly wont be purchasing hardware nor my next gaming machine through them and as part of a wider gaming community i will be shearing my recent experience. Also investingating my options via the ACCC with regards to the return policy as this is completely unacceptable.

Great technical support and customer service
Extremely helpful with diagnosing issues over the phone even though they didn't build my PC and quick detailed responses via email. When I sent some parts I purchased from them to be tested they returned them extremely well packaged.

Slow warehouse processing
This company's order processing speeds are pathetically slow, and every time that I have ordered express postage, they have not once delivered within the quoted turnaround time. There is no point using any kind of express postage service with this company, as they will despach it at the last second before a weekend to ensure the slowest postage every time.

Very bad service and accountability
I've ordered a product which was In Stock and opted for a premium shipping service 1-2 days.
The product was collected by the shipping company one week later and as this writing (10 days later) I have yet to receive it.
I contacted PC Case Gear and they just kept coming with excuses even stating the product was never labelled in stock.
They just don't take responsibility... KEEP AWAY!!!!

Overcharged me on shipping
Overcharged me on shipping. Unauthorised sort of bait and switch charge. shipping charge is not shown at cart were you have paypal checkout. the charge is x4 (must be some sort of premium teleportation service, since that pump it on without authorisation.) Terrible experience.

PC Case Gear used to be amazing, but BE WARNED their warranty/support is bad at best
I had a broken part which needed to be replaced. So I sent it in for warranty replacement. They took over 4 weeks to get to it and replace the thing.
I used to shop at PC Case Gear all the time, but lately their support and warranty replacement times are getting worse ever year. Their prices aren't really that competitive anymore (and misleading! They list sale prices as "x% off" but the non-sale price is MSRP, which they never sell the product at anyway!).
I had to bug them many times for an update but they never gave me anything other than a generic "it's in the queue". Finally they are sending a replacement, but too late in my opinion. Almost a month to wait is crazy.

Are they trustworthy I am looking to buy a monitor and I am scared it would come broken or faulty and not able to get a refund

I think they are. I've never received a faulty or DOA from them with probably 40+ items bought. The one time a product failed (after nearly 12 months) they sorted it out with no hassle

When you order a PC you choose to by one by pickling out the parts then order it does it come with the right items and misc to set it up e.g. screws to screw everything in and thermal paste?
1 answer
All PC components will come with their required parts. Just make sure you buy all the required components to make a working PC and that those components will work with each other. E.g. CPU, Motherboard, Memory (RAM), Storage (SSD/HDD), Case, Power supply.
If you are unsure, best option is to get PC Case Gear to build it for you and customise your build using their website: https://www.pccasegear.com/category/1411_1918/pccg-gaming-pcs/customisable-gaming-pcs
