Bought my perfect eyes & have tried everything you suggest but still have white powdery residue which looks gastly, soo dissapointed.

My product arrived within expected time. However, upon applying as directed, then popping on makeup without having a good look at myself 10 minutes later, I was shocked to see 1 hour later that I had scaley white material under both eyes and very blotchy/uneven makeup in the areas I had applied it. This is not what at all what I paid for. I have tried it under different scenarios (without makeup, before bed, with/without moisturiser, and I have not had any decent outcomes.) I always feel dry and crinkly where it is applied and get the same white, adhesive powder.

Leaves a white cakey layer on skin even with the smallest application. Definitely cannot wear foundation over it as it just goes blotchy! Even if you're lucky enough to not need foundation, you'd look odd with the white smears under your eyes!
Lengthy delivery and a complete waste of money.
Stick to good day and night creams.

Disappointing
Ordered my perfect eyes earlier this year when they had 2 for the price of 1 also you received 3 foundation’s. didn’t receive them till over 3 months later they were dispatched from the UK not Australian and also had to pay extra because of this. They serum is lumpy doesn’t go on smoothly & burnt my skin, they ended up sent me 4 bottles instead of 2. In all 3 foundation’s you can’t even pump it out you have to unscrew top & squeeze it out it’s all dried up

I have been using my perfect eyes for years daily and have loved it, but the last batch I ordered has caused a terrible allergic reaction to the point where I’ve had to have a cortisone injection, and am severely burnt under both eyes. Has the formula of the product changed at all ??

customer service sucks
the product is great, but their customer service sucks. I ordered product July 19th and as of September 7th I do not have my product. They have my money the day I ordered. I have left several voice mails and e-mails. I think they must be going out of business, there has been no communication.

Nightmare
I used this product and within a week the skin under my eye became very dry and tender so stopped using. My eye then started to hurt, felt prickly and was very sensitive to light. I ended up with an emergency appointment at eye clinic resulting in Antibiotics and lubricating eye drops every 2 hours to correct the infection and dryness as a result of this product.

This product WORKS, I've never had a problem. My bags are bad, family flaw unfortunately but My Perfect Eyes I find really works. Bags disappear and it lasts all day. My bags are so bad i live with glasses on to hide my eyes and I am very self conscious of them, I hate them. For those who don't like it I'd say they are doing something wrong. Seriously. I'm about to buy more!

First Bottle okay. Second bottle... hmmm?
I bought 2 bottles a while ago. The first bottle of My Perfect Eyes was amazing!! When i started using the 2nd bottle it kept leaving a white powdery residue. I followed the directions to a T; as i did the first bottle. Very disappointing.

I ordered on the 2nd of July, I had to email in the 13th as I hadn’t heard anything. Okay. I’m in the UK and I know this is an Australian company.
However I ordered in May from the UK site and it has still not been shipped.
Messsges of apology, bonus products offered, but the Facebook page now doesn’t exist and the messages are now from ‘Facebook user’.

Wonderful product and excellent customer service provided. I have been using my perfect eyes for a few years now and I will not use anything else. It's easy to apply, I only need to use a small amount and it lasts months and months on end

After 3 weeks it goes clumpy and leaves a white residue so you need to replace. Unfortunately the service is shocking. I have waited over 2 weeks and a generated email has told me yet another 2 weeks. ... Read moreter based product, in some instances, some air does manage to sneak in when opening and closing the bottle which causes the water in the product to evaporate. All you need to do is add 1 - 2 drops of water and give it a really good shake. This will loosen up the product to add more consistency back into it. Yer I don’t know I’ve actually brought this product twice and yer follow all the directions clean skin and all then I put it on it’s supposed to be invisible but some how it looks like I gone to my fridge and put egg white one my face and then trying to put make up on it makes it look worse so yeah spent all this money which is hard money is tight as I’m a pensioner and alone would like to go on a date and feel confident but yer this makes me feel worse as I still have bags and looks like I cracked egg on my face lol I could cry yer don’t buy this product unless you’re not a pensioner

I have tried to contact the Australian website and UK website with no response. The confirmation email which sends you the tracking details when you click in comes up does not exist. It has been a month with no response or no product. I purchased direct from website. Money taken out of my account.
