i commenced using pilot on a Thursday, had an online consult on Friday, (with a thorough response provided that day) and then a script received on Wednesday. The DR was to the point and addressed my issue clearly. I am very happy that the advertised service was executed as promised. I will strongly recommend pilot to anyone; I've had GPs ignore my medical concerns previously, because i present as a strong, active, healthy male; it was good to have a GP actually appropriately respond to my concerns. medication was a little more expensive then perhaps purchased directly through a pharmacy; however the convenience, timeliness of response and time saved from get to and from GP to Pharmacy more than makes up for it!

Been waiting for my script for 2 weeks now was suppose to receive it on 18 April. Haven’t received anything yet although they reply back to your emails but is of no use as they provide you with the same tracking number that you already have and which does not show any updated information.

I have been sending emails back and forward for a week. They charged me three times for a refill and still didn't send my script. If you have mental health issues, it could be a really stressful experience dealing with Pilot. I noticed they sent a reminder on my first repeat, but my second they charged my card when I didn't need it. It's also quite expensive.

Paid $98 for a product I could have bought for less than $10 at any local chemist with a script I could have gotten from a local bulk billed doctor.

The prompt service and the simplicity of it all has left me (and my wife) extremely happy. I will definitely be back for more products in the future....very happy customer!!!

I found this service to be so easy, totally removed any embarrassment and all just happens efficiently in the background, plan of care done by email and medications end up in your post box. Highly recommend and I'm hoping that they can expand their offerings into others areas of mens health soon.

Very easy to follow process and cost competitive with a regular consultation/pharmacy. Delivery is timely and saves you and doctor’s time, particularly if you have been prescribed the same medicine previously.

The doctors are very helpful and online questionnaire was easy to fill out. Medication seems to be working and postage is very quick. Overall a fairly descent experience. Job well done.

I've been taking the medication for a week now and they are certainly not doing anything. It actually seems to be even worse than before. The black "herbal" tablets taste horrible and are difficult to swallow.

Disappointed, filled in all forms, paid the fee. I recieved a message about answering further questions from Dr Thou, the site said there was no account linked to my email address
