Lightweight, easy to use, and feature rich!
These headphones were purchased on sale from OfficeWorks. I found them to be absolutely awesome, offering consistent performance when running and working out at the gym. Furthermore, the BackBeat Fit headphones are sturdy and offer a great battery life, with more than 6 hours on a single charge. Although, the ear piece is one size fits all and may not be the best for all users.

Very comfortable. Excellent soundstage for a non isolating in ear headset.
Bought one, lost one, bought one, found one, lost one! If I lose another one I'm buying a third! My forgetfulness is no reflection on the product quality, I have sensitive ears and these are by far the best and most comfortable in ear product I have used. The trick lies in the fact they don't fill the ear canal, they just rest lightly in place. You don't get full isolation of course but I prefer that to some sort of audio bliss just prior to being hit by a bus.
Overall sound is actually very good. My only complaint is the tech is getting a bit old, it has kind of sudo multi pairing but you have to use an app to hand off. In this day and age multi pairing should really be standard, I'd take off half a star if I could for that.

Good product ( Not goodwnidow mobile )
This is a good option while in gym or running activities. Its very light-weight ( and that sometimes become dropping reason from ear ). Sound quality is awesome and connectivity with android and apple is very fast and persistence. But whenever I am using my office window phone to connect this, most of the time its getting disconnect.

So much easier
These headphones are that one piece of tech that I didn't know I needed until I got them. They are so easy to sync with my ipod and make gym sessions safer as I am not tangling myself in headphone cords or dropping my ipod when i forget i am connected. Only thing that bugs me is that they are a bit too big behind my head, a bit loose. Or maybe I have a small head?

Perfect for everyday use.
Have lasted me approx 2 years. Even went through the wash in my jeans once, although I don't recommend this. The bluetooth connectivity is excellent and has a good range. They sit in the ear nicely and don't fall off. Excellent for outdoor activities as they still allow for some noise (traffic etc) to get through. They also have a microphone so you receive phone calls. This feature does not work particularly well when it's windy but is perfect for indoors.

Bought these for my boyfriend, he says it's the best gift in his whole life
I personally didn't find them very comfortable, maybe because my head is smaller and they have this stiff wire around the head that just flaps around. But my boyfriend's head is bigger, I guess, and he finds them super comfortable. The sound quality is very good, Bluetooth connectivity good as well, battery lasts up to 8 hours, they sit comfortably in the ear, good for exercise. He wears them ALL-THE-TIME, they've started peeling from that excessive use. I guess, I need to buy them again, for Valentine's day :)

Actually sits very well
I have trouble finding a headphone that fit my ears, and this is absolutely perfect. It sits perfectly on my ears and feels comfortable. I go running with them and they don't even come loose.
Sound is clear and easy to pair and set up. One charge lasts a long time too.

Great for on the go
I struggle with earphones falling out or bouncing about when exercising. These are really light weight, comfortable and have good sound. They have good battery life and sync very easily. I also like you can have simple operations on the head set(pause, start, and skip)
They are so easy to wear I’ve actually forgotten I had them on

Convenient to use!
Easy to put on, quick to sync and sturdy design. Used the most when exercising, travelling and at home watching movies.
The earpieces sit nicely within your ear but doesn't go all the way into your ear as a safety precaution while jogging so you can also hear the noise around you.
I find the sound quality to be great along with the battery life - quick to charge too.
Overall, Convenient to use!

Some minor flaws but overall best of both worlds
I'm on my 3rd pair of the Backbeat Fit headphones. First lasted almost 2 years then died, second still going strong - gifted them to my wife who was terribly jealous with the twice more expensive Jabras and currently the 3rd pair. Seems like Plantronics have upgraded the hardware in the last years or so at least the music quality seems somewhat improved with more depth. These headphones replaced my Sennheisers for everyday wear. The quality of sound is very decent for the price point, you can easily wear them all day and talk to people without ...Read more
taking them off. Sunnies go over them OK and they last forever - i charge once or twice a week but I use them almost daily. Cheaper than Apple EarPods and because of the band they DO NOT GET LOST ALL THE TIME!! of course, if you want to play with fancy listening modes and after HIFI sound these are not for you, but for everyday carry (EDC) I haven't found anything better.Similar opinion? Comfortable and sturdy
These headphones sync quickly to my phone and are quite sturdy (do not have to worry about the headset wire swinging around my neck when exercising).
The sound quality is good and having them sit around the ear feels like it has more stability for running, boxing, etc.
The only small issue is that the power button is quite small.

Absolutely amazing sound quality!
Headphones are absolutely magnificent quality ! The battery life is absolutely brilliant and the sound quality is too good the only problem is they are way too fragile, they seem to get damaged way too easily...I am not very rough with mine but I end up having to buy a new pair like every 9-10 months

Love them!
I bought my backbeat about 2 years ago and they are still going strong, I train for 6-7 hours a week and wear them the whole time. They are waterproof to 1 metre so once I've finished sweating all over them I just rinse them under running water and hang them on a towel rack to drip, great sound and don't move at all through the workout. For the price you pay it's a great product. I bought these after I had bought Dre beats and they broke these have been errorless

These are really well worth it
I've had these over a year now and I use them fairly regularly. I've had no issues with the battery other than sometimes they must turn on in my bag and I find the battery is dead. I do find that the maximum volume is sometimes not loud enough when the background noise is high (loud trains or planes). Other than that I have had no issues with these and would recommend them to anyone.

Does not work
I bought the wireless planatronic backbeat fit at harvey norman, took it home to put on charge. After 1 hour checked to see if it would turn on amd it didn't. Decided to charge overnight and same result. Took it back for a replacmemt and got a different colour this time and it seems to be doing the same thing. The red light goes on that its charging but wont turn on. Disappointing that after two purchases of the same product they both had the same problem. Their should be a recall... was very excited about the earphones but was left disappointed and without anything to listen to during my workout.

Great to tune into
Love these. My music and podcasts are a joy to listen to while on my morning run. Decided to invest in a pair when I got sick of cheap service station ones. They feel really comfortable in my ears which makes a change. For headphones they are quite stylish as well. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend them.

how do I change volume
1 answer
! ) Must have music playing to adjust volume, if desired lower volume on phone to middle setting, to prevent music from playing too loud, until you learn the volume control on the headset.
2 ) On left side, locate small button on top - middle of round part.
3 ) To lower volume press & hold in, until says minimum or desired volume level.
4 ) To raise volume, press & release button until desired level.
5 ) My headset can be pressed 15 times for max volume.
6 ) I recommend not using above 12 presses, for longer battery power.
