Where can i buy a new replacement for this model. Happy with this product but old one has served its purpose and would like to replace with new one of the same model.
I have the 30 metre retractable hose reel.Can I replace the hose?
You may have to ask Pope or Bunnings. My hose was still in great condition after 4 years but the retractable mechanism failed.

absolutely crap product. I spend more time trying to get the stupid thing to retract. Should have just brought a hook. Why won't it retract?

Read more There may be a couple of things you can try to make it retract fully. Can you make sure that all the water has come out of the hose while retracting? You can do this by keeping your hand on the trigger of the spray gun while retracting, You can also try giving the hose a gentle tug to retract it. It’s not going to be this 30m retractable hose reel. It’s got quite a bit of strength in the retraction mechanism. Except when it’s got no strength at all and you end up with a metre of hose dangling out the end.
