Been using these guys for a while now and thought I better provide some long awaited feedback.
And pleasingly it's nothing but positive!
Not only do they have a great range of products but their prices are the best I can find. Highly competitive every time.
Service and support also top notch with fast deliver times and good support when required.

They took my order, delivered 1 item out of 2 ordered, no explanation, it took me to chase them up, no response, then chased them up again and got a basic, backorder notification, which expired. Chased them again, same response. They should NOT sell if they do not have the product in stock. Disgusting communication, no support, they are obviously not interested, Stay clear! Scammers.

Ordered goods in November 2016, still waiting for them to arrive. Each time I contact them I get the usual their in today or tomorrow nonsense & lies. As of this posting I'm still waiting. Stay clear of this place if you want what you payed for. Refuse to return emails as well. I will never use them again. Caveat emptor.

Ordered printer ink cartridges on Monday (public holiday) and they were delivered to me first thing Tuesday morning. Amazing I wasnt even expecting them til Wednesday. Unfortunately Id ordered other ink from a different supplier on Sunday and Im still waiting for that COB Thursday...Wish Id found the Printer Supermarket website sooner and placed both orders with them..

High credit card surcharges with every purchase. The surcharge is not publicised and appears on top of the freight and insurance charges.

I had ordered my multifunction centre from another website. After being mucked around for three weeks they just up and cancelled my order. Desperate and on a time table I spoke to Ben and he advised that the printer/fax was available and would hopefully be delivered the next day. After being mucked around I was very nervous. The price was also even better than the one I had paid for earlier. Low and behold the MFP turned up today. My tech guy has installed it and its fantastic and at half the price. Cant recommend any higher.

After researching numerous online printer companies, I chose the Printer Supermarket - I'm a genius!

I placed the order at 1.30pm on a Tuesday and by 10.00am Wednesday it was delivered - Brilliant! I live in a rural setting 3 hrs from Brisbane so this was a complete surprise - less than a day from placing the order. :)

Not only that, the price I paid was competitive in every degree. Price + service - a consumers dream :)

If you are looking for a company that prides itself on logistics and has the customer as its number 1 priority
give them a try - they have me as a repeat customer as I demand service with price and they outstripped my expectations.

Bought the printer online in the afternoon, it arrived in rural W.A. early the next day. Great price and delivery.

Had a problem with a faulty cartridge and did not want to know about, yea their shipping is great and prices are competitive, but support forget it. Will never use them again.

I have now purchased six printers from Printer Supermarket. Every time each delivery has been next business day without any hiccups or trouble. Their prices are the lowest from any genuine dealer on the market. Only places quoting lower prices are the various shonky websites with a long history of ripping people off (check these other site's reviews and you will see what I mean). Stick with this company and you cannot go wrong. Great products. Great price. Great service. So impressed with my last purchase of a Samsung laser printer at an incredible price that I just felt I owed it to Printer Supermarket to give them the 5 star review they deserve.

I Placed an order in the evening, arrived at my door in Perth next morning. Highly recommended, will definitely use them again.

We brought the wrong printer and wanted to swap it over. We were unable to get any responses from anyone. These sort of sites make me want to buy from actual shops where you can actually return them and speak to a real person. Thumbs down printer supermarket.

The toners were delivered the next day and the price was around half what I had been paying - thanks Printer supermarket for saving me hassle and money.

We are a medical centre and are purchasing the printers and toners as they are cheaper than our current provider.

Printer is great, very good value for money and print quality. Bit of a lack of communication about when the printer would arrive but apart from that all good.

Following a day traipsing around trying to find a decent printer at various stores with no luck, I contacted Printer Supermarket for advise. They answered both chat and phone calls to help make a decision. The printer was ordered at 3.30pm and delivered at 12.00pm the following day. Perfect.

I made a poor choice in thinking they could follow simple delivery instructions and wasted 10 days thinking I was getting a printer only to find out it was left 60 km way with no way to pick it up. I would think very hard before buying anything off these people again.
