I have been a customer for several years and have found after-sales service to be excellent, ranging from exchange / replacement of printer products, printer trouble shooting assistance, and restocking toner. Last week I got some toner on the same day as I ordered, which was really appreciated.

WOW! Placed my order online in the morning and it was delivered to my desk in 3 hours without paying for a priority service

Sold me a faulty cartridge, I sent them photos and filled out forms. Had to keep following them up over about a month, in the end they expected me to drive for 2 hours to return to their depot and they would give me credit, they said it had to be unopened and unused, it was obviously opened and used for me to determine it was faulty. Buy from else where guys!

Ordered a scanner on 29/11/17 and it wasn't received until 15/01/18. Item was clearly not in stock despite being advertised as in stock on the website. No discount or apology offered.

I ordered a printer cartridge on the afternoon of the 17 January. It was on my doorstep early on the morning of the 18 January. Thanks for the excellent service. J. Murphy

Prompt delivery, except the courier didn't leave the item, just a card saying "we missed you" No forewarning, no communication, no offer to redeliver - all this for an exorbitant $ 52 shipping fee.
I still don't have the item so straight to the complaints department.
Good example of how an overpriced incompetent courier service can ruin your business.
I'll never use Printer Supermarket again.

I purchased a printer in October and could not get it to print. I contacted Canon as I thought it was my lack of expertise and after a very long process involving the nearest service centre (3 hours away) they diagnosed the printer as a DOA .Not getting very far with replacement i contacted Echo only a few days ago in desperation and they responded straight away. Between their advice and eventually me getting quite strong with Canon they sent my replacement yesterday. It works! I would buy a printer from here again but next time would ring Echo instead of Canon straight away.

They display one price on the product and then it magically increases when you add it to you cart. Not only is this illegal but it is dodgy. Shady company, don't fall for their smoke and mirrors.

I was urgently in need of a toner cartridge and was about to go out to a shop and pay horrendous prices for one. Found Printer Supermarket's website, called them up at 9am. They had stock and promised delivery by the next day. The cartridge actually turned up before noon the same day !

Ordered a printer cartridge online in Perth on Sunday night and arrived on Tuesday afternoon. Very efficient and good service. Will use them again.

Ordered on line at 2.30pm. Products were delivered the following morning by 8am ...... we are south of Sydney, not in the metro area. Fantastic. Thank you to the warehouse people!

I am not excited about buying from them as it turned out postage, insurance, and surcharges added $18.76 to my 2 toners, so in fact, I could have bought this much cheaper elsewhere but did not see the surcharge until after the purchase, so be aware, the price might be cheaper in the first instance and then end up costing your more.

Everything was perfect including the follow up to see how the whole process went. Perfect service and very quick perfect delivery.

Will definitely refer you to anyone needing a projector.

I've ordered a printer and an extra tray. They delivered the printer but not the tray. They didn't even emailed me the status of the tray. Upon sending multiple emails, they responded that the tray is on back order and they are not sure when they can ship. Why should they take my order if they don't have it in stock? At least, they should mail me about the back order as soon they receive my payment. I'm not happy.

When I need toner for the printer, I can't go past Printer Supermarket. Genuine products cost almost half the price of big-name competitors. Very significant savings. Most impressive is the extraordinary delivery time. I've barely completed the order and it's at my door (my experience has been next day delivery and no more than 2 days). Frankly, more efficient than driving to a store to buy the product. The service is greatly appreciated.

Everything was great with the order, it arrived even quicker than promised, and the ink is working a treat, as one would expect from branded product.
