Second move with Quick and Easy, while there was a bit of a delay in picking up my furniture from Melbourne, Wazeem and John made up for it the next day and came through real early, some great service, thanks so much. These guys really made the difference. The staff at the office were also really helpful in communications etc, which is a big advantage when you are organizing a move. This is one of the few services that offer overnight delivery to either Melbourne or Sydney - definitely recommend.

The move was messy, somewhat disorganised.
Damage to fridge and microwave. Rang the office, wanted to make an insurance claim. The gentleman was aggressive, tried to bully me and refused to accept my feedback on the move. Contradicted me with regards to the professional manner of his 2 staff, said his boys were "good boys". I have the damaged goods to prove otherwise. Don't deal with these people, they have no idea of being professional. They are shonky and bullies.

We were really pleased with our experience moving from a 1bed to a 2bed apartment. The removalists Toby and John were friendly and efficient. I will say watch out for extra costs, such as stair fees, wrapping items and insurance for accidents during transit. But overall, would recommend Quick and Easy.

We had an interstate move completed by Quick & Easy Removals from Sydney to Melbourne. Our positive experience started with Fay in the office who was super organised and responsive. Equivalent of a 2 bedroom house was moved to two different locations in Melbourne. The team (Dani and his assistant) arrived when they said they would at both the pick up and drop off locations and were fabulous. One of the locations had two flights of stairs as well - no issues - even with very heavy items. Definitely would recommend this company for an interstate move.

Best experience for removals.
Great guys Chris and Aaron, went above and beyond for us. Moved from a unit to a town house and could not fault them. They were quick and officiant, honestly without a doubt choose these guys.

We did multiple moves from our 4 bedroom house to the storage facility and a 3 bedroom Apartment as part of a temporary relocation. Perfectly organised. We had a big move from our 3 bedroom unit in Sydney to our storage in Melbourne a couple days ago on the 23rd, it was such amazing service from Sam & Revon!
They were so careful with handling all of our furniture & boxes. They kept us notified of what times they would arrive to pick up from our place in Sydney & unload in Melbourne the next morning, on time!
I cant recommend this company enough! They left us with big smiles on our faces, worth every dollar spent! :)

I booked Quick & Easy for my move from Sydney to Brisbane. Melinda did a good job planning and estimating my move (2 bedroom apartment). I had Fouad and his workmate as my team. They arrived in time and did an excellent job loading the truck. They finished within the time frame. I had my stuff delivered the next morning. Again both men worked hard and efficient. Communication has been excellent at all times. I want to take the opportunity to thank everyone involved. Everybody knows how stressful a move can be. You guys made it "quick" and "easy" for me.

These guys worked very hard to get the job done in a good amount of time. We had 6 tonnes of stuff which they packed almost effortlessly and then unloaded very quickly and were very careful with how they handled our belongings. I was very happy with their service and would both recommend and work with them again. Thanks so much!

Three bedroom house with two bathrooms and living area for long haul interstate move and a large truck was required. Move was very quick, damage free and on time and the guys super friendly

Did a move from Sydney to Melbourne for a 3 bedroom apartment. Sam and Mario were great in how quickly they worked, and communicated with me constantly in regards to how things should be packed into the truck (there were two drop-offs for the same move). Great value for money as it was a very big move. Would recommend.

WE had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with outdoor furniture and a small lock-up. Everything did not fit in but what didnt fit we were happy to take ourselves as the destination was only a short distance away. Very good service, friendly removalists and did everything we expected.

We were disappointed with this service. The two removal men arrived at our apartment at 10.15am and finished at 12.27pm. My wife and I assisted with the removals but were annoyed with one removals man spent about ten minutes texting on his phone. We had already paid our agreed deposit of $100 but we were charged an extra $230. The reason for this overcharging was they insisted they had worked for three hours. We immediately contacted their company and received a refund of $55. We would not recommend this company.

We moved houses in September 2022, on the day they gave a massive bill. The movers have charged us for all the breaks (coffee, lunch etc ) they took, time taken to look to order their lunch, order in their lunch, time taken to check verify with their head office what they need to charge invoice (took a good 45 minutes to sort out the invoice). All this time was charged to us. Good 2 hours of time charged for no work done. It was a ripoff.
None of this was mentioned when we booked the service. They at least arrived on time which is positive and the movers were very friendly and cordial which is also very positive..
