Like Emilyb below, my pram also has a reclining lever that is stuck, only it is stuck in an upright position. It is obviously an inherent issue in the frame design as mine is a metro and Emily's is a metro2. I too have requested a replacement but have gotten delays and lack of response from the customer service team. Instead of focusing on making their customers happy, they will "appreciate your patience" while delay after delay occurs.

This pram is a good all-rounder. It is a good size for shops and cafes (slim in width but the seat has plenty of room for our wee girl) and is fine on grass and gravel (although I wouldn't recommend it if this is going to be the main surfaces you use it on). The materials are good quality and we are happy with the accessories, particularly the sun cover and the seat liner. The basket underneath is very accessible and a great size. The pram is easy to assemble, fold and unfold. Overall, it is a very clever design and we would be happy to buy it again (but without the bassinet simply because we did not use it).

Love my Redsbaby Metro pram. Huge basket perfect for shopping or easily fitting a large baby bag underneath. Very easy to push and steer one handed, super quick to fold and put in and out of the car, only takes one motion to fold and unfold. Bassinet was perfect for a newborn as was the fact it can be used with a capsule if you buy the adaptors. It’s a very user friendly pram but it also looks great, I have the black with black frame and get lots of compliments on the tan leather handle covers. It’s a small sleek pram, in my opinion it’s not bulky or daggy looking like some others. I was glad to hear the new model has a longer canopy as that would be my only complaint so for friends purchasing in the future I’m glad it was improved :)

Although my pram is the older metro style I felt I should leave a review for anyone who may get it secondhand... I love this pram it has been a dream for someone with a smaller sized car and who lives in inner Melbourne. The wheel base makes it convenient to take into shops and move around. The pieces are light weight and easy to move and put together. My son has used both the bassnet and the toddler seat and it is comfortable and easy to adjust. This pram is the best value for money on the market and I couldn’t recommend it enough. I have had experience with a couple of other brands and this pram wins hands down

I always get comments on how nice my pram is, it has a great storage tray underneath, and lots of helpful features. The brake is a little awkward to unlock however I noticed on the newer model it has changed so that would be my only criticism of the first metro model.

The functionality of the pram is great. Haven previously had a Bugaboo, I love how I can fold the METRO with the seat attached, how compact it is and how easy it is to fit into the boot of the car. The basket is AMAZING, so easy to access and I LOVE that I can put so much stuff in it.

I find this pram really hard to push up curbs and changes to pavement heights etc. The front wheels lock and the pram comes to a halt, almost throwing your child out of the pram. I just had an accident where my pram fell over (with child inside) because the wheels locked. I like the look of it - but I wouldn't purchase if you are after an easy to wheel pram around the streets. It looks likes it's discontinued anyway, so hopefully this problem is fixed with the new model.

Absolutely love my pram, its so easy to maneuver as has a great turning circle. Great for using on public transport. Have been able to get places in shops and restaurants where i would have struggled with a different pram. Simple, quick and light for folding, unfolding and putting in car. Used the bassinet initially which was useful allowing baby to lay flat and have somewhere to sleep if out visiting. Basket fits everything you need and the larger hood keeps baby protected from the sun. Would not hesitate to recommend!

I can’t not boast about reds baby enough! Amazing pram! Baby is currently in the bassinet and she sleeps amazing in it when we are out it’s comfortable for her so easy to put together in and out of the car, can’t in perfect condition and the size and storage is incredible!

The pram is easy to fold and unfold and for daily use. It is of quality for the price we paid. Also the base is not too heavy and is perfect for smaller mums. The pram has adjustable handle for parents with different heights. Definitely have recommended to others parents.

I’m glad I took this leap & purchased my redsbaby! I don’t buy much online & after looking through baby stores I realised that I was going to be as fussy with a pram as I am with handbags! After months of reading reviews I chose between silvercross & redsbaby. I like that redsbaby is a smaller company, much better value for money, an Australian brand and that my pram is light, easy to use, very versatile - a real head turner. I couldn’t imagine having anything else - it’s perfect for me :)
My only sadness is missing out on the demo day as by the time I decided I was too close to my due date to attend the demo day before purchasing..

The Metro is very easy to maneuver and is a smooth ride. It's very easy to fold and unfold but a little awkward to lift in and out of the car. The build quality is great and feels like a good quality pram. It's just a little bumpy going for a walk with the bassinet in place but I can live with that!

Only complaint not great over tougher terrain- having two dogs maybe I should have got something with more off road capability but overall it’s a good pram for urban streets and shopping centres and footpaths not ovals and stoney pathways.

Only thing I would change is the mounting clips, the attachments are a little tricky to put on sometimes, maybe some kind of guiding slide for the clip would be good.

I couldn’t be happier with my Redsbaby Metro! We decided to purchase this pram after reading some excellent reviews online. We didn’t attend a demo day but the videos on the website made it really easy to see the pram functions and features. When it arrived we found the assembly really easy with simple instructions. It’s sturdy and lightweight and I can fit it in the boot of my hatchback. Folding and unfolding is also quick and easy. We haven’t used the chair yet but the bassinet seems really comfortable for bub - he falls asleep easily every time he’s in it. I’m also a fan of the 10kg basket underneath. I’d absolutley recommend this pram to anyone looking for something compact, lightweight and comfortable.

We found this pram by accident through ads! The great thing about it is that they have demo days for us to personally have a hands on feel and trial the pram before we decide. Our biggest factor in purchasing it is the price. This pram is easy to put together, looks great, lightweight and easy to maneuver around. Its easy to fold, compact and stylish. The quality is really good and the fact that its owned by an Australian business put our minds at ease at purchasing this pram and we felt that it was a trusted brand. So happy we found this brand made the best purchase for our little one!

It's a good sturdy and well designed thought out pram that fits in most the intricate checklist when reviewing prams. Folding & Packing is super easy, 3 inclination angles suit variety of infant age groups, large wheel base with locking, good storage area & most important of all it's sturdy. Only thing I can possibly recommend is the depth of the pram needs to be catered to different children / varied sizes - any accessory specifically to avoid curving of infant back while lying down will be a good addition.

Every day that I use this pram (which is every day) I think about how much I love it. With school drop off and pick up each day it’s so light to lift in and out of the boot and so easy to assemble and be on my way. It is lightweight so I can push it with one hand if I need to and monourvers over different terrains with ease. I LOVE the big basket underneath, I can go shopping and not have to try and juggle pushing a pram and hold items or bags, I can fit so much in it. My husband is very impressed with this pram and always wants to push it when we’re out together, we’re both very tall and the extendable arm is perfect for us both. Couldn’t be happier with the my metro pram. So easy to maneuver, fold/unfold, amazing quality for the money and super stylish...so much so I often get comments when I’m out and about. My baby was born in late December so the sections that allow more airflow have been fantastic in the extreme humidity these last few months keeping bub nice and cool. I’ve found myself at the shops on a few occasions and thought of a few other things I need which has been no hassle whatsoever with the gigantic basket this pram has to offer...my little 11 year old pooch loves it too and hops on into the basket when his little legs get to tired on our walks
