totally perfect and awesome
I love the convenience of being able to walk around with it inc a long cord ... amazing instantaneoud relief from neck and shoulder pain ... even my friends who have visited have tried it and dont wish to take it off!!!

Beautiful and Warm
I love my relief wrap keeps me warm and the massage is relaxing. Its good in winter to just throw around you while you are sitting watching television and its not heavy around your neck it also sits comfortably down your back

After purchasing and using for a couple of weeks the wrap doesn’t work. It sometimes will turn on but after a few seconds the red might starts blinking and stops working I threw away my box that it originally came in and not sure if where my receipt is, how do I get a replacement product ?
