I bought this for my wife as she has a sore back that plays up in the cold. She loves it and uses it regularly her only minor "complaint" is she would like some sort of clip/tie down for the bottom so it stays in place when she moves.

Having a degenerative back disease I find it the best solution to have the heat directed to the appropriate place. Much better than leaking hot water bottles or heat bead pads that only last about 1 hour

This product has the advantage of including the shoulders as well as the back. A good idea for those suffering back pain all the way up the body. Not only the lower back but the neck and shoulders are included

Both myself and my husband use the Relief Wrap and find that it is very relaxing after a hard day at work for those tired achy muscles, the heat option is also nice on cold days.

Great for sore shoulders and neck! Helps with pain in shoulders and neck after work. Would recommend this product to anybody who suffers with painful neck and shoulders. The warmth helps relieve the pain.

I have a spinal injury and for years have tried to find a way of keeping my muscles warm so as not to spasm constantly. Since buying the wrap I use it for hours everyday. It keeps the muscles warm and the light vibration is just enough without being to hot or too intense.

The heat wrap is effective in keeping shoulders and back warm. The beads that are in the wrap are falling out of the wrap material, its only been utilised a couple of times. It appears the material is quite thin at the bottom of the wrap where the beads are coming out from.

I have arthritis in my back and shoulders and found the wrap to be very beneficial. The massage was just a buzzing sound with not much massaging going on. I would have liked a tie around the waist to keep the wrap in place. Other than that, I found the wrap really helped with my pain. A good massage would have been the icing on the cake tho'

I bought a wrap for my mum (she’s 82) as she always wore a blanket in the evening during cold weather as her back & shoulders would get cold & ache, she absolutely loves it & always comments on how great it is, needless to say she no longer uses a blanket.

Have used the wrap a few times now, it's great, lovely and warm without being to hot, the only negative is that I would of liked to be able to feel the massage pads a bit more, the way it is at the moment is a warm buzz, I would like an actual massage, so making the pads move more would be great

I find the Relief Wrap very relaxing and beneficial to my neck and back. So glad my husband saw the advert on TV and insisted that I send away for one.

This product is great for either keeping your back warm or relieving sore muscles. You can do your whole back & shoulders which is better than using a wheat bag that doesn’t retain heat for long. The massage is not very effective though.

Should have bought one years ago, before next winter may have to buy another one as my husband and I fight over this one . Great product very pleased .

This wrap is great for people who suffer neck, shoulder and back pain as the heat and massage together works really well. Great product for yourself or as a gift for someone special

I use it on my knee. I have very bad knee pain, and use it on my knee, it is perfect for easing the aching, as wel, as back ache etc. A wonderful Wrap.

I have used this wrap since it arrived. It is great for my neck and shoulders. My arthritis is in my lumbar region and therefore I find it not quite long enough. The massage function is relaxing. It is not strong enough to be called therapeutic massage, but it’s still great. I find that with the relief wrap on and a blanket over my knees I don’t need my gas on as much in winter, so I see it as a money saver. I can certainly recommend it to all.
