Rang for a electrician around midday to get an NBN data point moved and Chris arrived at 3pm with not just a quote but a fantastic solution to my wifi range issues. Turned up next morning at 7am installed new point and helped me with setup advice. Highly recommended! Thanks so much Chris!

I contacted yesterday Same Day Trades needing a plumber. App was booked first thing this mornin. What an awesome plumber I had assigned to the job!!! He arrived on time, explained the issues thoroughly and quoted a very reasonable price. Worked promptly left site tidy (had flooding sewage outside) plus he had a kind and genuine nature.

The initial call out was in a timely manner and the electrician was excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend these guys anytime. Also came after hours in an emergency and was at my property within the hour. Awesome service.

They came when they said, looked at problem and then qouted a reasonable amount and did the job. They cleaned up rubbish and took old air con. away and the guys were courties.

We were having some issues with the plumbing in our bathroom, Brendan and Jake were super helpful resolving all of our issues quickly. The guys chatted us through the work they were doing and explained it all clearly so we could easily understand what we needed to fix the problem. Would highly recommend!

From the office staff when booking the job, the plumber and his trainee I couldn’t fault them at all. They were very polite and gave great detail in explaining the issue in a way I could understand and not overwhelming me with technical terms which I did not understand, I was able to choose the best option that suited my needs and they then resolved the problem efficiently and to a very high quality and even cleaned up after they were done leaving things cleaner than when they got here! which I’ve never had a tradesperson do before. The service was exceptional and I won’t hesitate to call you again or refer you to anyone else I know needing a plumber. The boys from same day trades came and serviced all my taps and my toilet and were super prompt and so tidy with all the work they did. I will definitely be recommending them in the future!

We requested several jobs for an electrician. Most of the work was fine but when the last job was done it was left with damage. He and the company were not going to stand up for it.

Very expensive and did not turn up as arranged also did not clean up and became very irritated when I questioned them about this. The company promised to rectify the issue but did nothing
their attitude shows a complete lack of customer service.
Avoid this company as it is a franchise service, it's get in get the money and get out
after work on our drains our toilet blocked up I requested 3 times by email that they come and put the camera through to find the problem they never got back to me

The tradie arrived at the appointed time and was clean and well dressed. He was very friendly and efficient. I would recommend same day trades to anyone as a preferred service.

They are expensive like all plumbers are, but both times they came out and were friendly and not intimidating. They arrived on time and assessed the situation and gave me several options to choose from. The tasks were then completed to a very high standard and the work area left clean. Payment is made easy with their portable eftpos machines and friendly advice on how to proceed in the future is given. Fantastic job!

After plumbing work was completed and paid for (despite doubts about the price), I received an invoice omitting all mention of labour and materials. I found this suspicious as these are standard and the main determinant of price. I asked for these details but was repeatedly refused and eventually told that the company used menu pricing which they would or could not explain. It seems to be a system whereby a company gives as little information as possible to enable them to charge as much as they think they can get away with. The public should be well alert to this. I was too late. The plumbing work wasn't great either, still experiencing issues.

Chris the electrician fixed a lighting issue in our bathroom that has plagued us for years. He installed two ceiling lights in a difficult location. We were happy with the cost, his manner and the area was left clean and tidy.

Top service from the initial phone call to the completion of the job, very impressed indeed, wouldn’t hesitate to use again and certainly will recommend when ever asked and when ever possible.
