    Worst purchase ever!

We bought this machine 5 years ago. It needs replacing. The pump no longer works, the buttons cracked within 12 months. I now have to stick my finger into the electonic part of the machine to start it. I often get zapped. The lint filter broke within 2 years. It's also far too small for more than one person's clothes. The water and energy rating is terrible.

bad warranty service, cheap plastic parts

Good all round machine. I would definitely purchase another one when my current one finally wears out. Samsung's customer service is awesome.
Fantastic & cheap washing machine.Washes filthy farm and greasy mechanics clothes super clean, whilst being very gentle on delicate washing. My previous Hoover and Fisher & Paykel machines gave me nothing but probs. Lint filter on inside of bowl is very efficient and easy to clean/empty. I don't have a problem with lint any more.
Won't peg my clothes on the line.

It is a fine product. I have not had any problems with the lid so far (4 yrs running) as other reviewers pointed out. However, it is true that the plastic lid does not seem too strong.
    Cheap, good washing.
The softener dispenser gets clogged. No easy access to clean the clogs.
