Samsung model number WA85J6750SW
I have model number WA85J6750SW have notified Samsung live chat 3 times with no assistance or follow up the top lid is broken and from i have read this is a common fault when using hot water. The thing is most service centers say the lids are no longer produced this is a joke.

Great washer for large family
I love this machine washes the biggest loads, down to the smallest. So many options you can find a cycle for every thing you need i like it balances the load before water is added
Purchased in February 2021 for $599.00.

I love my Samsung washing machine!
I purchased the start of 2017, I love that there is a cycle for every clothes washing occasion. With a good water and electricity rating, meaning to use less of both. The cycle times vary, but over all they are reasonably good. I’d say it would be the best I’ve had yet :) reliable & affordable, definitely worth a look of you are in need of a new WM :)

Good toploading washer!
Quite a good top loading washer. Our house hold consists of two adults and one infant and do the laundry about twice a week and it seems to hold quite a lot of clothes. Be careful of the lid though as it does come down with some force so watch out for little children fingers.

Ok as long as you don’t have long sleeves!!!
Worst washing machine I have ever owned!
If you have any clothes with long sleeves, be prepared for them to come out with the sleeves tied into a tight ball that take a few minutes to untangle and damages clothes. I have had 2 business shirts destroyed by this machine.
Gentle on clothes... how do other reviewers know this or are they just repeating Samsung advertising?
I especially like one review that states clothes come out smelling nice. I think that has more to do with the liquid you use than the washer.
Gentle on shirt sleeves, DEFINITELY NOT!!!

Happy Washing Machine
There's a lot to love about this washing machine. Firstly, it holds a heck of a lot of stuff. Want to wash ten towels at once? Go for it. Lacking a central agitator, I was concerned that the machine wouldn't wash as well as my previous one, but the worry was unfounded. All of my clothes come out clean, albeit sometimes more knotted than the Fisher & Paykel one I was used to.
The back panel is super simple and logical for setting the wash. Another useful feature is the spirit level in the front to ensure the machine's level, and the machine i...Read more
s impressively steady when spinning. Don't be fooled by the clear lid, though; you can't see a whole lot through the inbuilt sink. As a bonus, the machine plays this happy song when it's done: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ANdz2Q2TyggSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Quiet, Fast, Efficient!
Cleans beautifully, no stains left at all and clothes smell nice.
Gentle on clothes, option for different spin cycles.
Very quiet, my pole home use to shake with our previous washer. We don't even notice this one.
Quiet, easy to use, only takes 55mins, has water saving feature. Only needs cold water attachment.

Big washer!
This model of washer has been around for years. At the time of purchase, this model has been discontinued.
The reason I prefer a toploader is because I can always add loads in the washer while it is running. And this topload not only can do that, I has a built-in sink with waterjet for you to hand wash some stubborn stain on your clothes.
With 8.5kg, I can almost fit anything in it. However, I found that lints easily caught up in the edge of the drawer and have to remove with damp clothes eveytime after the wash. (That's the reason why the drawers are there, to catch some loose lint.)
Overall a reliable washer. A reliable washer that has been on the market for years.

Absolutely love it!
It removes all stains without stain remover! It rinses and rings them out fantastically, does not stretch or fade my clothes, it can be abit noisy if used at nighttime but you can use a quiet mode, I love that you can set it to start an hour before you get home from work ready to be hung out

Good value
Good size machine, 8.5kg, and does a great wash. The only downfall I find is that the even with the maximum water option chosen, it can sometimes still not be enough water to completely cover the wash. When washing large items such as sheets, they sometimes come out with small dry patches. Overall I am still quite happy with value for money.

Easy to use
It cleans pretty well, but the filter does not catch very well.
It is not really quiet, but is not too loud that it bothers me.
It is easy to use and the buttons are nice and large. I like the clear hood, and being able to look into load.

Great sturdy washing machine
To me, this is quite a quiet machine. Does pump out a long melody at the finish to signal end of cycle.
Very easy to figure out, I didnt read the manual. Handwash basin at the top also works well.
Very happy with this product. Although I would prefer it if the lid didnt lock when the cycle starts as I would usually find something to chuck in after I started.

Good performance
Quiet efficient wash cycle. Easy to program. Good value compared to other brands. Looked at front loading machines which the retailers seem to be pushing the buyers into but after asking friends about their experieces with front loaders we heard nothing but disaster stories so very pleased with this purchase.

Love doing the washing!
What an excellent machine! Quiet, efficient, like the time display, easy programming. I like that I can select the water level. Excellent lint filtration and so easy to clean the filter there is no reason not to do it after every wash.
Like the built in hand wash basin and glass lid. Just love everything about it! Never thought washing could be enjoyable!

I’ve lost my online chat so I’ll just ask here. When using the aqua preserve option, where is the water stored during the spin cycle?
