We bought this machine only 4 years ago. The first 2 years we didn't have any issues with it. We are a family of 4 so we use the machine almost every day. Once the warranty ran out, problems started cropping up. First the rubber seal around the door tore, so that had to be replaced. And now there is an actual hole in the bottom of the tub. Waiting on a quote to see how much it will cost to fix but I'm guessing it won't be worthwhile.... I will not be buying Samsung washing machines again. Very disappointed with this

This front loader wrecks clothes, so many of my newborn’s outfits were ruined with rips, towels ripped and feel like concrete, the machine actually puts holes in clothes. I lodged a complaint and sent 20 pics in and was told to use a delicate cycle, it doesn’t have one! I don’t believe this machine is fit for purpose. The wash cycles are around 3-4 hours

We're quite happy with this washing machine so far. The only negative I would raise is that of all the many wash options it has, it doesn't have a 'delicates' cycle! I instead set all my delicate washes to the 'wool' cycle which may or may not be correct?! It always delivers a good wash, is fairly energy efficient and alerts when the machine needs a drum clean (which is one of the wash cycles) - which is great in terms of extending the machine life.

It is a front loader fully automatic washing machine. It cleans and dries clothes properly. It does not make any sound and it gives a music after washing the clothes. It has lots of features like which types of clothes we can wash like wool, delicate, summer clothes. It has different time slots like how much time we have to wash the clothes. We are happy to purchase this product. The most important is a drum clean function.

Was looking for a new washing machine and this came recommended by the SA who was really helpful. This front loading washing machine is easy to use and we didn't even need to read the manual as it was really simple to navigate through. Does a good job of the washing and we've seen the results especially when we wash whites.

It was a satisfactory buy and worth the money.

Happy with it BUT the short cycle of 15 min doesn't spin the water at the fastest speed. So then after the cycle is finished, I have to put it on a spin cycle that goes for a further 15 min. It would be better if the shortest cycle available was a bit longer and did everything in one go, without having to do it in stages. All other cycles are extremely long. No other issues yet. Good price.

Finally a front loading washing machine thats super quiet and lovely to operate. Easy to navigate controls. Does a good job of cleaning clothes. Does not use too much water and power and is a joy to use.
Some of the settings are very long in operating time but there is a quick wash that I mostly use that is 15 - 18 mins and that works for me. Sportswear setting is also shorter with its wash time.
Spins extremely well. Cant fault it. Works like a charm and for the price that I got it for....no complaints here

Had this for 3 years in total and it has worked really well. I have never read the instructions and have just decided to put detergent or bleach into any of the holes as it is confusing for me a bit - but my whites and colours come out fine and no wear or tear. Note that heavier loads take longer time. The machine seems to sense this and adds on more time without my permission. One other thing is that it shakes a lot though. Had to take my iron of there (I leave it on the top) otherwise it will fall on the ground during cycle.

Samsung Washing Machine is a solid performer.
This washing machine is a lot quieter than our previous old washing machine.
The max spin speed is also faster.
There is many different options for different clothes types.
Hasn't missed a beat since purchasing and is very stable even on highest speed spin.
Makes a pleasant chiming sound when washing has been completed

This is a very good buy for the cheap price. It Has a number of options for washing which makes it user friendly. Machine does not make any noise while washing. Suitable for a compact area. I use this washing machine for 3 times a week atleast. Perfect for me!!!

There are many options to wash your clothes, timing can be set to start the loads

This washing machine runs quietly, it does not wear out the clothes.

Havent had any issues so far, washes and rinses well. Very versatile regarding its different functionality.
No major issues but had one soort tshirt wear-out but could be with other products.
It is quiet and perfect for small area.
Quick wash and dry and rinse is good for daily washing. The others are quite lengthy and rarely used.

Really recommend this washing machine. It is not the high end priced model but for its great price I am really happy with it.

I have this washing machine for almost 3 years and I have never had any issue with this beauty. Use it for almost 2-3 times a week and been using many different types of washing liquid or powder as well as the fabric softener. Make sure you clean the filter down the bottom to clean all crap (ie, coins or something you might leave in your pockets) at least twice year. Very recommended!
