Terrible customer service
Residentia apparently assemble Esatto machines.I purchased an Esatto EFLW9 9kg Front Load Washing Machine on 12 March 2021 .It was supposed to be covered by a two year warranty .We rang the retailer before Christmas as a small piece of rubber had broker off the seal. They registered the complaint on 3 January 2022. Residentia, the manufacturer, advised the seal was not covered by warranty (which I do not accept given there was no express exclusion and statutory warranties apply. )Nonetheless I paid for a replacement seal to be shipped to me by

Read moreResidentia using the contact details Home Clearance provided .me and engaged their authorised service repairer to attend .which he did at a cost of $214.00 .Residentia have sent the wrong part and have now after considerable correspondence with both ESSATO, Esatto have apologised for sending the WRONG PART .They have now agreed to send what they term to be “a suitable “ part (it is not clear what warranty applies to that part) and refuse to pay for their service provider to attend to install same .They have also only recently agreed to pay for the 2nd visit. I have had to use commercial washing services in the interim and have receipts for same. Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service throughout the whole experience. I have lodged complaints with Fair Trading and also the ACCC.Its now 12 February AND STILL NO REPAIR -AVOID this product

Purchased through Bunnings MarketLink but was delivered by Resedentia who were fantastic. Got GPS tracking of the driver on their way!
My first washer and I’m thoroughly impressed, the build quality is fantastic. It’s solid, has a really good feel to the buttons and cycle selection wheel.
Cold water only which was a nice surprise because our hot water system is quite small.
Very quiet and inoffensive, I love how simple it is to operate.
I would absolutely recommend this to anyone in the market for a good washing machine!

Great for the price
We’ve spent $$$$ on expensive big brand washing machines over the last 10 years, 4 in total. So, when the last machine karcked it, I decided to buy a cheap machine, on sale at Appliances Online. (One thousand $$ less than our last machine) At least we wouldn’t be losing too much money if our bad luck continued. To my surprise, 9 months later it’s still going. We had a small hiccup with the drain pump last month however, the backup service was spot on. Repaired within 2 working days at no charge.

... Read morese from, it’s a bit louder than our last machine but it’s downstairs in the laundry so it’s no drama. The only thing I miss from previous machines, I can’t add an item once the machine has started. However, that convenience isn’t worth a thousand bucks. So far... I recommend this machine.
Great affordable washing machine
I bought this about an year ago and since then it's working really well. 15 min quick wash is really good for immidiate clean option. It's very quiet compared to other washing machines. 9 kg capacity is enough for a week clothes and its a good fit for a family. Definitely worth buying this product.

Good and affordable family washing machine
Bought this machine a few months ago and so far very happy with it. I bought a smaller esatto machine for my mother a few years ago and she loves it and I was also impressed having used her machine. This is a good option if you want a larger machine at an affordable price. It does everything a washing machine needs to do and has some good features and wash options for a cheaper machine. I like that it has a 45 minute cycle when you don't have a lot of time, and also a 60 minute eco option that washes very well. I usually change the temp and spi

On some of the preset wash cycles (ie: delicate) the spin speed is set very low and my clothes were coming out soaking wet so I learnt to increase the spin cycle if needed. Clothes are coming out clean (even kids clothes, school uniforms etc.) so can't ask for much more. A good range of wash options and a very affordable family washing machine.
Great machine
Just purchased this machine hadn’t heard of Essatto before and was a bit hesitant. Once it arrived I was glad I took the gamble. Brilliant machine with plenty of different wash cycles to suit all clothes. Easy to use with great RPM so the clothes come out pretty dry. It is very quiet with no vibration. Better than well known brands I have purchased before.

I bought this machine a year ago and love it. It is so easy to use and has a lot of different washing options and it washes beautifully and is so quiet.
Absolutely love this machine. Quiet, great choice of cycles and clothes are spotless. I have tried delicate wool clothes and they are not stretched. I wish we bought one sooner.

Value for money
Bought this washing machine in May 2018, after 18 months the drain pump started to fail but that was my partner's fault for leaving a small tool bit in her pocket. Residentia group sent me out a new pump free of charge so after sales support is very good. It washes the clothes extremely well and I always wash with cold water only, it spins up to 1600rpm so the clothes come out very very dry which enables my dryer to work less and more efficiently. Just make sure nothing is left in your pockets as some small pieces of sand and tiny rocks the children bring home from kinder can make it's way past the coin trap and into the drain pump impeller. I am definitely happy with this brand and would buy more Esatto products in future.

Bought this washer in 2021 with 3 yr warranty. I have had spinning issues off and on since delivery. It was suggested I reboot ie turn off power and unplug for approx.30mins. This worked! but seems to happen over and over again on my 45min cycle. The last spin sits at 1min for over 30mins and doesn't actually spin. I then have to do a separate spin cycle for 15mins. This seems to work OK. I have logged the issue but need to ask if anyone else has seen this problem?
The default spin speed on the 45 minute and 60 minute cycle is very slow, what is the maximum speed it can be increased to for both cycles ?
Hi Milo, This particular front load washing machine can spin up to a powerful 1600 RPM. Different programs will have different spin speeds though. Once you've selected your preferred wash program, repeatedly press the Speed button to cycle through the various spin speeds that can be used with the selected program. Hi, My washing machine is only a few months old but is stopping during the cycle with water still in it and it will not drain. We can not open the door, so we have to drain from the bottom. We have cleaned the filter and checked the hose is clear but continue to still have this problem. Can you please give us some advice? thank you Emily

Read moreia refuse to respond to my emails and calls .I sent the following -“The replacement seal has been received from SENDLE however the authorised repairer Chris can’t make a time to replace the seal as several of his team have Covid.I note Residentia have now agreed to pay for the second visit owing to the fact the wrong seal was sent originally by your parts team.Please source an authorised technician and advise me of the earliest possible dates and times for that person to attend to the replacement- i will fit in on their early timing as I have now been without the machine for many weeks.” And today “ NO RESPONSE from you .I have also left telephone messages .To be clear other technicians refuse to take on the job because your preferred repairer dismantled the machine predatory to attaching the seal before he found out you sent the WRONG SEAL .They are uncomfortable with taking on a half done job.Also i cant be sure you have authorised another repairer. NO RESPONSE and weeks in
