Really love my new roof!
Steve and his team worked well to achieve re-bedding, pointing, cleaning and painting within a week.
We did have some issues with the neighbours, they didn't like the washer noise on a Sunday morning but the roofing guys kept within council noise regulations.
Really punctual, efficient and got the job done really satisfactorily.
Price-wise, they were smackbang in the middle of the quotes we received but seemed more honest and reliable than the cheaper ones.

Over the past week I have had the gentlemen from Sandhurst roofing completing a project at my house, from the word go Steve and the boys were a pleasure to deal, were approachable, were always happy to answer any questions myself or my husband had and most of all finished the job to the highest standard . Highly recommend there services .

Great crew. Very reliable. Very reasonable pricing. Hard working. Great advice and transformation from old terracotta to new colorbond. House looks 20 years newer, and makes the pool solar heating super efficient. Thanks guys!

Appauling Service, Attitude and Communication
Although the final product of a lovely roof was achieved, the road getting there was absolutely HELL . Poor communication but lots of bravado of how it is easy and no problem and will be finished in 2 days. Chose this company as they seemed pleasant and professional and assured us all staff were qualified and they can eadily get the job done. In the middle of winter for a roof change we were very concerned but everything we were told to assure us was just bravado. Told 5 guys will get it done easily. ion. Extremely unprofessional. 1. Booked to begin work on a Monday. At 830 young guy shows up and tells me they are just dropping things off and can’t begin roof today as the guys won a footy match the day before and were all hung over. Not a good start and first impression. 2. Rang owner to complain who assured us no need to worry and apologised and assured us next day will be onto it. Confirmed a thunderstorm on Thursday and time running out and assured finished on Wednesday. How wrong he was 3. Tuesday 830am qualified roofer arrives with a teenage helper. Not qualified and not able to be on roof. So much for their documentation atating all staff are wualified. Turns out to be owners step son who basically sat around all day and could not lift tin on roof. Also provided great attitude when asked to work. Further complaints to owner with further apologies and assurance roof will be finished. We had to get on roof to pass tin up to man on roof as now terrified at slow pace and thundrstorms. To end the horrendous day the two of them had to leave before 3pm for a doctors appointment and to quote another roof. Such social hours for tradies working 830am to before 3pm. Thundestorm still in Thursday and only 1/4 of room on and tarps covering now for 4 days already. 4. Wednesday. Finally 2 qualifued tradies arrive at 8am and begin work. Worked well but by end of day only half of roof on. More complaints to owner who apologised and assures roof finished Thursday before storm arrives.1 comment

one to get in contact and get it fixed. Nobody called back. Tried once again and gave up. Contacted another roofing company who checked it out and fixed leak. Had to replace the brand new ceiling plaster in the rear bedroom and once again and unsurprisingly let down by Steve and Sandhurst roofing. And getting your contractors within a week to write a decent review in response is very obvious.
