Possibly Worse airline in this Planet
I had an opportunity to fly from Dhaka to Jeddah in one of Saudi air Hajj flight. Although in my boarding pass I had an allocated seat but no one were seating in their allocated seat. Flight attendants were telling me to seat wherever I can. It was a nightmare to find a seat and no one allowing me to seat beside them. Eventually I find a seat at the very back end of the aircraft. Read moresic low quality), I tried to request for some coffee to drink but flight attend was not happy why I ask for coffee and unfortunate I finished meal without any hot coffee. When I arrived at Jeddah airport I found that my luggage did not arrived and tried to find out someone to inform that my luggage is missing. It is very hard to communicate with Saudi staff they aren’t helpful and was furious with me why it is missing. It sounds it is my fault eventually he ask me for a Saudi contact number I gave a contact number ask for a receipt for the missing luggage. He said they will call me no need receipt and literally pushed me out of the airport. From Macca I tried to contact Jeddah airport but no one answer my call and it is literally imposable to find help in Saudi Arabia, people aren’t helpful but rude. I lost any hope to find my luggage after five days I received a short message that they found my luggage and ask me to collect it but did not mention from which airport. There are three terminals in Jeddah airport I tried to go to Hajj terminal where I arrived but someone told me that I am not allowed to go to that terminal. Then I seek help from Bangladesh Hajj commission at Mecca to locate my luggage. Eventually Bangladesh Hajj commission inform me that it went to domestic airport. I spent 400 SR taxi fare to travel from Mecca to Jeddah domestic terminal. When I arrived lost luggage section and I showed attendant staff my boarding pass luggage receipt. After examination he found out that I arrived 29th July in Jeddah and it is 4tth of August he became angry it is already 5-6 days, then I showed him the message I received today. Then he yelled someone inside to look for my luggage and finally I saw my luggage. Saudi staff did not apologize for all those troubles or ask me anything about my taxi fare. I tried to ask him about my taxi fare he just weaved his hand indicating me to leave as soon as possible. I was shocked in a modern civilized world how you can expect such an uncivilized behavior from an airline staff.
