Still waiting for refund
Bought a voucher for EveryPlate about 8 weeks ago for $125. Voucher did not work. They are still 'investigating'. Meanwhile I am out of pocket. I email every week for an update - nothing is being done. Just want my money back. Not too much to ask. Such poor customer service

Used to be good. Now not good at all.
Their tracking is terrible. You have to waste a lot of time manually chasing up cash back. If you do not do it in a three week time frame you get nothing. They fill their pockets with your cashback.

Rejected cashback and blaming Merchant
I recently made a $3k+ purchase with Dell through the Shopback program when I saw an upsized cashback of 12% (specific for the laptop range that I bought). I had made the decision to make the purchase through Shopback as it seemed to be the best option with the upsized cashback. A week later when I didn't receive a confirmation email from Shopback regarding the purchase, I checked my Shopback account and I noticed that the summary only showed that I had clicked through to the Dell website but did not recognise that I had made a purchase. Read more put in a claim for missing cashback and a week or so later I received an email from Dell saying that the system didn't detect my purchase and suggested this failure to detect was caused by something I did on my end. I was shocked as I thought how can their system pick up that I had clicked through to the Dell website but conveniently fail to register my purchase. I was horrified as I have made quite a big purchase expecting the cashback would be honoured by Shopback and if I knew Shopback wasn't going to honour what they advertised then I could have chosen to purchase my laptop through other avenues but now I am just stuck. After writing back to Shopback they said they would investigate and then after more than 2 weeks they came back and said that Dell has deemed my purchase to not be eligible for the cashback as it was made through other marketing channels. I asked for reason/proof from Dell to come to this conclusion as I know I purchased it through Shopback. I have not received a response and I tried to contact Dell direct and they have said that they can't do anything about it and that I needed to contact Shopback. As a consumer, I feel like I have been misled to make the purchase through Shopback and I am now stuck as I don't even have a number to call Shopback. I feel both Shopback and Dell have acted in a very irresponsible manner and I feel disgusted. I don't know if this is caused by a system or human error but either way it has been very unfair on me as the consumer. Dell is almost saying that I have claimed a discount or cashback from another program/website but I know I haven't and if they insist I did then I should be provided with evidence of that and I know that evidence doesn't exist as I know I didn't received any other special offers or cashback from anywhere and I should have. If I didn't make the purchase through Shopback I could have purchased it through other programs and would have gotten some cashback or discount for the purchase but now I have gotten absolutely nothing. Worst Experience !!
Be careful of what you buy. Purchased a Binge gift card that doesn’t work. 48 hours later and offering no solution. If not fixed within the next 48 hours I am contacting my bank for a chargeback. Bad experience !!

how i redeme points if i dont have a mobile ohond anymore
You can go to the website on a computer and log in. It works the same way as through the app on a phone.
I cannot withdraw money and I keep getting silly message to verify my email account which I do, and have done so for over 20 times and still keep getting same message to verify email!!!!! Then i go to help or FAQ and get nowhere.
Very frustrsting for an app that is meant to be great!!!!
