The Shower Repair Centre was less than half the cost of the other mob and far more sensible in their solution. Their "tradesperson" was polite, thorough and obviously very competent. A very satisfied customer

Stewart was extremely knowledgeable in explaining the problem, dealt with it, was courteous, polite and left the ensuite perfectly clean. He was totally prepared for the job. A very professional operator.

This company stuffed up the work in the bathroom twice. Then overcharged us.

We requested a breakdown of costs and got no reply. They even charged us for the mirror that the technician broke.

Keep away from this company.

Such a poor service experience. What was quoted on was not actually delivered, and they tried to say that I hadn't understood what the guy quoting had indicated was possible. I went with this service as I thought it was a one-stop-shop, able to do tiling, grouting and siliconing. Then said they couldn't do the grouting as it was the wrong type of grout, they couldn't do the silicone as it was on the glass (they could only do around the base), and in the end had to rip up the tiles as it couldn't be saved. Wasted 5 days having to be home for their services. Alex did an amazing job on my floor tiles, but I was expecting a lot more services to be provided for the amount I was paying for. Do not use this company.

Engaged with shower repair center I’m Brisbane to correct a mess left by another shower renovations company .they were ready to help, cleaned up afterwards, 2 teams visited my house to do 2 bathrooms; were very nice and polite, on time and upon my request came back to fix a couple of things that I brought to heir attention afterwards . Listened to all the details and fixed them promptly.

Last month we used The Shower Repair Centre, Brookvale, NSW to reseal our shower enclosure which had a leak, resulting in water pooling on the shower floor. They were highly recommended by our Plumber, whose recommendations we value.

They were very professional and the staff they sent us did an excellent job. The grouting looks perfect and the entire shower enclosure looks great.
And most of all, no more leaks!!

My husband and I are very happy we used The Shower Repair Centre, Brookvale, NSW and would not hesitate using them in the future.

Had my shower sealed in 2012 went back to them in 2022 because my shower is leaking again and apparently the grout only holds a 2 year warranty. Its only the corners of the shower that is covered by the 12/25 year warranty.

Had the shower repair guys out to fix shower really happy with the work they have done great job guys would recommend you to family and friends thanks again shower repair guys

Spoke to the team at The Shower Repair Centre, and they gave great advice and information. Had an issue with a leaking shower, no longer an issue, much appreciated and much relieved.

Don't bother with this company. They cancelled an hour before they were supposed to arrive 3 times. I've taken time off work, been as patient as I can be but this is ridiculous. I'm not sure how they are still in business after reading all their bad reviews. Probably because they hound you on the phone until they get in contact (then don't show up)

Categorically the worst service I have ever experienced. The Shower Repair Centre has been unprofessional and disorganised. A job was that was supposed to take 3-5 days has taken 6 weeks and is still NOT complete, and I have not been given a timeframe for completion.
I would strongly discourage anyone from using The Shower Repair Centre and if I could give no stars, I would.

The service provided by The Shower Repair Centre was excellent. From quoting to the commencement of the job, staff were professional and helpful.

David explained the work to be done in our ensuite in detail and completed the job so well that we requested him to give us a quote on another bathroom and booked him to complete that as well.

We are grateful for your expertise. Our bathrooms look fantastic!
