Single bed mattress option
My firm option mattress was the correct choice for me. My back and spine are well supported and sleep has improved so much. My back will never be that of a young person...but sleeping on a good mattress choice has so many benefits...and I am very pleased with my choice.

Scam, poor quality, not worth half the price.
This people are scammers, excellent service when buying, horrible disappointing experience when having an issue with a mattress. They simply make any excuse to not honor their warranty. What ever you tell them about the problem with the mattress they will come back with an excuse or suggestion anything to avoid replace a damaged sunk mattress. Do not buy this piece of garbage from this liars.

However there are certain exclusions that are communicated quite clearly before and after purchase about what will potentially void the 10 year warranty. For example, the mattress must be used on a suitable bed base for the warranty to apply. Our warranty is stated on our website at https://www.sleepingduck.com/au/warranty/. We also directly link to this page in every purchase invoice. We encourage customers to get in touch if they aren't certain about their bed base or warranty policy. Team Sleeping Duck.You're full of it, you never explained anything about the warranty. If it is not from your brand the base will always be unsuitable for your bad mattress.

Perfectly happy with my new Sleeping Duck mattress, especially now that I've had the chance to switch from the medium to the firm cover. Being dominantly a side sleeper, I opted for the medium (as recommended), but it was just too soft for me, especially when on my back. The option to try the alternative mattress has got to be one of the best things about Sleeping Duck. Disappointing customer experience
On ordering I was advised that the mattress was out of stock, given a restocking date and advised that it would be despatched on its arrival. After the date had passed I called and was advised that the mattress had arrived but they had been too busy to send it. It would be despatched immediately as a special request.
The firm mattress was soft. This was later confirmed by the Choice review. I asked for the despatch of an extra firm insert. After explaining that I was having poor sleep and two requests I was told that the insert would only be ...Read more

I was told that I would receive an email advising of its despatch and that the insert would arrive within 6 days. After not receiving an email I contacted SD by email and received a canned response. A emailed again. The insert was delivered. The email notifying me of its despatch was received the day after it arrived. One week later I was contacted by email to advise that the insert had been delivered. I replied that I my customer experience was disappointing. Great service
I found the medium firmness option very comfortable for sleeping on my side, but for some reason it was not as comfortable on my back. With a quick call, I was able to swap out the middle layer for a firmer one, which did suit me better. The design is clever, and the service is excellent. The mattress does feel a little warm in the summer. On the other hand, it's warm without being hot now that it's cooling down.
