I was initially told that my order will arrive within 10 days, however after 10 days of wait, sleeping duck called me to tell that it could take another 3-6 weeks to arrive with very messy/sloopy answer. She couldn't even confirm what tracking order was against my dispatched order. Eventually, I've to cancel my order. Let's see how long it takes to get it reimburshed. Worst customer service experience ever !!!

Few butterflies before product arrived but even after the first night I was satisfied.. Each night pain from shoulders and hips bursitis was easing off and I am sleeping much more deeply.. Any doubts I had about the mattress keeping it's shape are totally unfounded. I enjoy going to sleep now.

At 76 years of age have slept on many mattresses over the years but nothing compares to the comfort and support of Sleeping Duck.I love this bed and would sleep on nothing else.

Fantastic mattress. It feels so soft yet it very supportive. I have two teenagers who sometimes will come in and watch a movie with me. No movement or rolling towards the centre because of their weight. It hasn’t sagged at all.
I have experienced vast improvement in the quality of my sleep.

Have only had this mattress for a couple of month's but have had noticeably better sleep and uninterrupted sleep. Very comfortable but not too soft, quite happy with the breathability over my old memory foam tempur mattress. Would definitely recommend.

Every time I get into bed, I'm surprised and so pleased with how soft and comfortable the bed is.
I find when I'm laying on my back, each part of my spine is supported. My sleep is a whole lot better too since getting the mattress and base. I used to wake up several times a night and now, tend to sleep all the way through. I believe the mattress to be very durable. It has held its shape and firmness and continues to do so. I love it so much. It's the best investment I've made!

The whole process of purchasing,delivery and installation was very easy. We both find the mattress very comfortable !! The matress has kept its shape and I can sleep all the way to the edge as it doesn't sag.

I simply sleep! I am not disturbed through any fault of the mattress. The cats are another matter but, for the sake of domestic harmony, we will not go there! Suffice to say, the length of sleep could be better! :)

Cannot believe that we are actually getting a good nights sleep. The mattress has not lost any of its shape at all. Use to suffer from back pain each morning however I now wake up feeling refreshed.
