The pillow's inner somewhere looks yellow
Some part of the pillow surfaces looks yellow and old, seems likes someone has used it before. When I want to return, the salesperson slow me all Fusiongel - Pillow Classic inner's somewhere look yellow, it's look budget. It's really terrible.

Never buy anything from get well bedding!!!!
Bought a Fusion Gel Contour Pillow and had to call that person claiming to be the manager on 5 separate occasions to ask when my pillow would arrive. Excuse after excuse, it arrived without any wrapping, product note or pillow cover. I then called again and again and was promised he would send a cover out immediately. It never came.
There is something wrong with the pillow as it is really hard and you cannot rest your head on it for 30 seconds without feeling pressure/pain on your neck/head. There is definitely something wrong with this prod...Read more

On a technical perspective, all foams changes colour when expose UV. Any change in colour of the foam will not affect the performance of the product.
