Not easy to cancel membership
Snap Fitness WAThink twice before join this.
I have using many other gyms and a call or email enough to stop the membership.
Snap needs a document to be filled and send them with signatures.

Snap Fitness WASo glad I joined Snap, love coming here, nice friendly staff (Great Team) and other members as well, can come at whatever time I want and workout for as long as it suits, the equipment is also in great condition

Incredible culture and equipment
Snap Fitness WAI have been to many gyms across Australia and the UK and I have never experienced such a great culture as I have at the Mount Hawthorn gym. It is like a small community with knowledgable and helpful staff. The gym is always clean with equipment well maintained and readily available. I have noticed that there is very very rarely any damaged equipment, the one time I noticed damaged equipment it was fixed the following day.
Coming to this gym in bad shape I was a little be insecure and the staff and other members made me feel comfortable coming in to sign up and get some kg's off. I can't recommend Manh Doan enough, he has helped me to drop 16kgs in the past year!

Bad management, worth Customer service
Snap Fitness WAA few weeks all the toilet were run out toilet paper and hand wash liquid. I called and complained a few times and the answer was our supplier struggling to give us the products!
They could buy toilet paper and hand wash from Woolworth, colse, aldy, kmart, big W and ect.
No customer service
Snap Fitness WAThe team at Mt Lawley don’t bother replying emails, unless they are sales or billing related. Having to send multiple emails for something very simple, yes the email is one they have on the website and one i’ve previously had replies from.
the staff are also often rude in correspondence. Have decided to go elsewhere Wouldn’t recommend this brand.
Constant Spam!
Snap Fitness WAThey make you provide details to see pricing, then constantly spam call and email you for weeks after. Do not give them your details if you aren't going to sign up. Pricing is pretty poor anyway.
Amazing place
Snap Fitness WAI’m membership of Snap Fitness Perth CDB, it is an amazing place and Maddy the club Manager, always welcomes you with a smile and is always available to show me how to use some machines for my training, she is very competent.
Best gym I’ve ever been to!
Snap Fitness WAGreat range of machines to hit every muscle, super happy with signing up as unlike other gyms I've never had to wait for equipment which has greatly helped my gains, perfect!

Gym too warm to work out in
Snap Fitness WAMy son and I commenced a 1 year membership at Redcliffe WA gym in December 2020. The gym was far too warm to run on the treadmills and air conditioning was always set too high and fans turned away from treadmills. Treadmill fans were useless. We quickly noticed that there was no enforcement of cleaning equipment after use, even when manager was in attendance. I was also informed that I could have cancelled 10 months ago when I stopped going and only had to pay 25% of the remaining membership!!!!!! This is something worth noting for those that took out membership and hate it.
Now interested in going back
Snap Fitness WAIm a SNAP fan and go to many different snap gyms for the convenience. Im a heavy myzone user and all my workouts are recorded on the myzone app. Its my bible as everything is recorded. Today I did a heavy 90 min CV workout, and when leaving I spoke to the gym guy who told me they dont use MYZONE. So now my workout history has been affected because they dont subscribe to myzone. I now know why you didnt have many members working out, get with the times and pay the subscription to Myzone - This is a warning others this gym being "franchise" is substandard.

Depending on what belt you have, your workouts will be recorded anywhere. If you are using the very original MZ1 belt this is club specific and would recommend upgrading to a MZ3.

Still taking money after 30day cancellation
Snap Fitness WACanceled my membership at the end of June 2021, still now in August they are still taking money. I wish I had read these reviews prior to even signing up! I’ve still got the carbon copy and handed directly to club owner. Emailed now and still waiting to hear back. I would recommend another gym unless you want them to keep taking your money with no explanation and no contact with you

Broken Equipments
Snap Fitness WAI have been going to Snap Osborne Park gym for last few months. They have been promoting everywhere to join the gym. We have four most important equipment broken for last 4-5 months. No one really care about fixing this.
Broken equipment are Fly machine & Cable Cross over station, Leg press machine and hamstring and leg extension machines are always not available with broken note.
This has become really frustrating. These are top most equipment of any gym. We understand if it's 2-4 weeks but it's been 4-5 months now. Such a bad service and mai

I would really rank you no star for this kind of service and false marketing to join the gym. You should really mention that WE DON'T FIX EQUIPMENT FOR MONTHS. You are running professional gym and you should be more responsible for this. We have followed up so many times to check how long will it take to fix? Gym manager don't have any exact ETA yet even after 4-5 months. If someone really reads this from Snap HO management, please follow up on this. I've been a member with Snap for +_ 10 years, Franklin Ln Joondalup WA. Last night 04/05/2021 I was refused to do a workout by the manager as I did not have the covid app. I ask for the registry whereby I could sign in as requested by government policy that I have a choice of both and by your rules as members you only need to use your key card for tracing purpose. After explaining, he still insisted that I down load the app or no gym, as he was acting like a dictator. I decide to cancel my membership right there and then, as we still do live in a democratic country.
As per Snap Fitness requirement: Swipe every time you visit the club to meet contact tracing requirements

Yes. At first I only belonged to Snap Yanchep. Now I pay a little more and use all their gyms statewide...fully recommend that. I use many of their gyms as I travel around Perth
