Spotify looks great. The catch is: even on premium, yu can only play through bluetooth, to speakers and systems that support spotify. That includes car audio. Therefore, it's really only good for earphones unless you buy the match up speakers. Utube has no such catch.

I love Spotify a lot. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it crashes quite often. That's annoying but the rest of the app is good. Their customer service is also great, Robbie B saved my life by getting my account back :)

Spotify is an alright music app. Could live without it if you have the lite version, but if you’re planning on signing up to their premium version, its cheaper to get a family account.

Terrible customer service. Kept charging me for premium for 3 months after I had cancelled my service took another 3 months to get a refund. Just lame responses until you lie them about fraud and lawyers do you get a result.

My best app on the phone. It's flawless, reliable and quick. I am in love with Spotify - I use it every day.
I highly recommend. They have such an amazing product. I use premium and it worths every penny.

Spotify is just very clunky to use in general. One big downfall is when you look through an artist's list of albums or songs you would expect to see some visible icons displaying whether you have downloaded a particular song/album, or whether it is already on one of your play lists, however Spotify does not have this feature. Sometimes it's the simple things that count.

Spotify is the worst! I have switched over to YouTube music and it is superior by far! No need to listen to the deliberately annoying ads, on YouTube ads are far less intrusive and you can listen to music in whichever order you want. Spotify suck!

Simple functions are not available and disabled on android devices. Very disappointed cannot play my favourite playlist in its original order, can only listen to playlists in shuffle mode on my Android phone. This has been done deliberately by Spotify on all android devices but not on apple or other devices. Very disappointing.

Started the free streaming service and initially it was fine. I could select my favorites playlist or album and it would shuffle play all songs from that list or album. Now when I try to play my favorites list it starts playing a song that I have not requested. When I select an album, it only about 5 songs from that album and then starts on songs that I have not requested. Spotify has gone downhill with it's free streaming, probably to force us to go to premium. Going to look for another streaming service.

Really good across all devices including Android and apple. Able to use it on my laptop or on my iPad when studying. Deffinetly worth upgrading to premium but either way it's still really effective!

Not sure where to start with how unimpressed I am. I could start, possibly, with how the trial of the Premium service that is promoted as free isn't free, when you read the T&Cs, or I could start with the never ending ads, or perhaps how often the program freezes up hard to know where to start really except to say that Spotify is falsely advertised, hardly delivers and the creators have chutzpah to spare. Not impressed.

I can't listen to a full album without shuffling or mixing in other songs not asked for. Google Music better and I am in control. Go back to old way

This app works great just enough to lure you in until it becomes basically useless unless you pay to go premium.
Mind you, in their opinion the simple choosing of a song you put in the playlist which you created while in the 'trial' period is a premium feature.
You enjoy the playlist you made, but only on shuffle, and don't think about adding another song, that's also premium along with every other basic you can think of such as skipping through it.
App equivalent of capitalism. Despicable.

Another offer from Spotify being blasted all over the Internet for a free Google mini if you have a Premium account - which I do. So I logged in and looked and looked but could not find anything? Finally discovered it is not available in Australia, yet it is all over Australian websites as an offer. Total waste of my time - again from Spotify with false and misleading offers. Shame on you Spotify.

I signed up for the free trial and cancelled it on the last day (I didn't use it enough). Spotify had already put through the $12 charge. I jumped through hoops to get it refunded on principle. What a nightmare. They would not refund it in the end. Don't do the free trial unless you are sure you will keep the subscription!

Good program, has updates, good selection of genres and playlists. Cheap enough per month for a subscription (annoying ads if you have the free version). Sometimes the shuffle mode repeats songs.

If you have young kids, the terms and conditions actually state they cant use it. Must be of legal age which i 13+....because kids under 13 don't listen to music.
