Spring Primer and Sealer

published

I used this paint as a primer and sealer outdoors on some pavers and indoors on some plasterboard. Look you get what you pay for, its not the best / thickest paint in the world but it does the job. This flat plastic is good for ceilings or as a cheap undercoat

Purchased in January 2020 for $25.

  • It can be applied using a brush, roller, or spray, suiting all kinds of home renovators.
  • After the initial coat, you have to wait 2 hours before reapplying.
  • This paint is advertised as being splatter-resistant and washing up easily in water.
  • A 4L tub of this product costs $16.50.

Points of praise:

  • A number of reviewers said that this paint gave them great coverage, and that a little went a long way.
  • They also said that the paint glided on their walls easily.

Points of pain:

  • Some reviewers said that it was difficult to clean dirty marks off walls with this paint, saying that even cleaning finger marks off made the paint come off, which meant they needed to repaint the whole wall.
  • A few reviewers also said that the paint was too thin and runny for their liking, and dripped a lot. Some of these reviewers however said that it was still thicker than expected for the price point.
