Hi, I’m wondering if there is a way to take the wheels apart to remove hair and enable them to move freely. Is there a trick to undoing the metal screw or is it not possible? If not can I buy replacement wheels? Thanks

Hi, thanks for your reply.
I have taken the wheels out although I haven’t found a way of getting to the interior of the wheel to remove the hair. Is there a way to undo the wheel itself?

Steelcraft

Hi Sherry S. The wheel itself cannot be taken apart. I would suggest calling our consumer support team to see if you can purchase new wheels.

Not that I recall. I think you'd have to somehow take it completely apart to the way it was when bought from store.

Hi could you please help me I purchased Steelcraft Beepa 4 In 1 Baby Walker for my grandaughter pink and she loves it but two of the plastic straps that hold the seat from underneath have broken off (I have removed the seat 3 times to hand wash after a messy feed) I didn't keep the receipt so couldn't take it back to the shop, so I brought what I was told a perfect condition second hand just for the seat and when I got it home and took it off to put on my granddaughters pink walker it was ripped is there any possibility I could purchase or you could please tell me where I could buy a seat without spending another $170 thank you so much
