Training outdoors is the only way to go!

Step into Life is a great way to train. You turn up, work hard and get to have fun and make friends along the way. I've been a member at SiL Glenbrook for the past 5 years and I'm still getting to try new things and push myself to meet new fitness goals. This is a credit to Justin's ability as a trainer and the dedication and enthusiasm he brings to every session.

Step into life at the ponds is fantastic it is always different which keeps me motivated. The trainer Raelene is great she is full of energy and keeps me motivated. Would recommend it to anyone.

Step Into Life Kew - Brilliant!

I've been a member for 8 years and I love it! The friendships I have made and the improvements to my fitness have been fantastic. We are lucky enough to have the best group of PT's in Australia! Every class is different and the bottom line is you get out of it what you put into it. It is good value for money, especially compared to one-on-one sessions. For me, I prefer to be outside versus inside a gym and I love exercising with friends and having an encouraging and well prepared trainer. SIL Kew 5 stars!

Step Into Life Graceville.

Have been attending Chris' sessions for approx 10 weeks, 3 times a week and I love the variety - we haven't done the same session twice. Great all round workouts and system for letting you work at your own pace. Also gets me out of bed. ;)

Raelene is a great trainer. Training outdoors is the way to go.. Classes are flexible to cater to my work life. She caters for all levels of fitness. Raelene makes the classes fun but challenging at the same time.

Step into Life - Cronulla.

I've never been able to maintain the motivation for gym workouts or fitness regimes but Step into Life is different. I'm always keen to get to as many sessions as possible each week. No two sessions are the same and Pat motivates each person to individually achieve to the best of their ability and achieve their goals. The sessions never get boring as Pat always changes things up (and has fun warm up games and great facts!) There is a fantastic crew of people who attend each session making it even more enjoyable. I have considerably improved my fitness level since joining Step into Life and have had a great time doing so.

Sorted my back, Step Into Life Baulkham Hills.

Had severe intermittent back pain and sciatica on and off for 2 years. Worked with physiotherapist for 6 months and joined Step Into Life doing 2-3 sessions/week. Concentrated on core exercises and fitness mainly but fit and stronger now with no acute back pain, much better, thanks.

Why didn't i start this sooner?

I began Step into Life in February with the Carlton North crew, having never formally exercised in my life, I was quite hesitant to begin with, but the trainer, Lino is excellent at explaining movements and ensuring i did them correctly and providing a fun and safe environment. He knows how far he can push without causing injury and offers different exercises if I am sore! I now do 3-4 sessions a week and I love it! No two sessions are alike and the way Lino plans his lessons, you end up working hard but having fun so the time just flies! I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone wanting to give exercising a go!

Step into Life St Kilda

Step into Life St Kilda have helped me improve in so many ways. I've gained muscle, lost fat and last weekend I ran a new PB in the 5 Km category knocking about 4 minutes off my old time! All of the trainers are friendly, encouraging and push us individually to improve each week. Plus it is in a fantastic location at St Kilda's Catani Gardens.
