Have purchased online on two separate occasions and BOTH times they haven't had stock, even though the website says they do. They wait 2-3 days before contacting you to tell you there's a delay. When you ask for a refund, they play dumb and say the goods are in transit. You literally have to get angry with them and call them out on being ignorant and quoting the consumers guarantee act before you finally get the refund. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

We went to you DFS branch near Perth Airport yesterday specifically to buy a carry-on piece which had been advertised as reduced. We got there at 11am after a long journey and the store was closed with a tacky hand written note on the door saying "stock take". We knocked and someone told us through the door this could take about another hour. We waited. Later told, they did not know "when". Another potential customer used the words "monopoly". You missed out on a number of sales let me tell you and you are not befriending yourselves to customer...
Read mores I can also tell you that. A good market opportunity for someone with some customer service skills to kill the monopoly!! I will not shop there again, would rather use my money on the international market.- Incentivised Review No

Try to return a damaged bag to them, and you will be treated so rudely. I had two incidents with them where I go back to them to return an item and every time they just treated me so badly. Very poor customer service in-store, and the phone support never pick up.

I purchased a FlyLite suitcase about 3 years ago and both handles have snapped off. They advertise a 15 year warranty. I went back to the Strandbags store and they told me to contact Customer Service. I sent an email about 4 days ago and still no reply, let alone acknowledgement. More like Customer NO Service. I’ll stay clear of Strandbags in future.

I bought a FlyliteI-Deluxe 77cm Suitcase for work travel and the zipper broke on the very first use!! DO not buy if you need to carry any weight in your suitcase!! .

I brought the leather wallet online and returned it because it was scratched and had a mark on it. I was told it was normal for leather but it was damage. Returned it for another one but when i got it home and into the daylight it looks like it was one that's been on display and is all scrunched in at one end. I won't be buying anything from there again. It should look new when you get it not used.

After ordering suitcase online and receiving confirmation, then told 6 days later they don't stock that item any more. No offer for a an alternative suitcase and simply refunded the money a week later. Poor customer service.

Carry on hard-shell suitcase. Purchased from Strandbags DFO Brisbane. The very first time I used it going through airport security, the zip handle broke off in my hand (see pic). It was a normal routine unzipping.
The kind you would expect any suitcase to manage hundreds of times without breaking. Returned it to Strandbags DFO. Was initially told it was likely 'wear and tear'. Bought a bag zipper opened at airport and took it back and been advised not covered and manager in DFO Chermside just walk away advising we let our customer know which isn’t the case as I stood in the shop and they 3 bags in front of me without saying a word.

I purchased an Antler suitcase and they sent me the incorrect bag, as I was limited for time pending an upcoming trip, I repurchased the same suitcase (being 2 orders). Which again, was unsuitable. At my own expense i sent both suitcases back to the store. I have received confirmation from AusPost they were successfully delivered and the store is refusing to acknowledge my emails requesting a refund. There is also no customer service available to speak with when you call the number on their website. Im owed over $600. I cant get a hold of the company and Ive been waiting on a refund for both bags for over a month.

I've had 2 Laura Jones bags and both have broken. In one, the clasp broke off the strap and in the other, the hook broke clean off the bag. Poor quality and will not be buying anymore products from this bag company.

I bought a suitcase as part of the EOFY offers on 19/06. I got an email that it's ready for pick-up on 30/06. When I went to pick it up, the showroom staff told me they haven't received it and they'll check with customer service. For the next week, I sent several emails, made many phone calls, and got nothing but silence.

Ordered online and opt for click and collect to which the website had said to be "In stock" at TWO local locations. HOWEVER I've been waiting for 3 weeks with no follow-up correspondence from anyone regarding my order UNTIL I emailed them myself which I was then told to wait a extra week (it's been a week) . I went into the store and they had 3 people working doing NOTHING and I'll I got told was we are waiting so maybe ONE MORE WEEK . that's not good enough ! Honor your advertisement and show some professionalism. It is beyond a joke to still be waiting near a MONTH on.
