Excellent application and multi purpose
I myself used to have a zinc based cream when I was young, even as a child, and I specifically remember it being cool and relieving on application and working well. On my baby, used initially regularly to prevent nappy rash, but haven't used it in the past 2 weeks, so baby now has a rash (also because I am taking antibiotics). Have also used on dry skin on cheeks or where baby has scratched face, and on dog scratch on leg. Healed surprisingly fast! Surprised by others comments of unhygienic. They obviously haven't used foundations, face cre...Read more
ams, vaseline, etc. before - things that need to be reapplied from the same containers. Works fantastic on baby. Reasonably priced for value. Appreciate samples from company too! I like to apply it thick, although manufacturer recommends thin film applied in circular fashion.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

A MUST HAVE IN THE HOME
I was given a Jar of Sudocream at my baby shower with baby #1 (from a friend who works with the elderly and she said best thing EVER) naturally I questioned it?? I have since recommended it to, many of my first time mum-friends and have only heard great feedback from them as well. I used this on my boy from the 2nd week we had him home and have not looked back he is now 19 months and we will use on Baby # 2 soon! The first week with all the poonami's newborns have, he had a red bottom when I used the stock standard nappy rash creams on market....Read more
I found they were creamy type base and did nothing at all. The sudo was more of a thick paste and worked like magic NO NAPPY RASH EVER RELIABLE, ALL ROUND GREAT PRODUCT, NOT ONLY FOR NAPPY RASH, will last you quite sometime as only a thin layer is required

Not just for babies but for adults as well
I am 37 and often get big red swollen pimples around my cheek and chin area. Very big red, painfull and inflamed pimples that eventually develop a head. I started using Sudocream on them and found that the inflammation and swelling goes down within 5 days and works better than any acne treatment I have ever used. It also significantly reduces acne scarring. Best product ever!
Everything

Can't go past it.
We use this cream religiously on our baby boy and never have we had a problem of nappy rash. We all use it on minor burns, grazes, eczema. The list goes on. I have been using this cream for ten years, and now buy the large jar. This is my all time favourite skin are cream.
Great reliable all round cream.

Great stuff and highly recommended
This is part of our first aid pack for bottom related rashes for our boys even though these days we seldom have to use it. It's a wonderful product for nappy rash or other bottom type rashes on babies and toddlers and we have bought this product regularly over the years. It is soothing and easy to apply and works fast (you can see a result the same day). This is a great product for babies and toddlers and having a jar of this in the nappy bag or medicine cupboard is a must have. Excellent product and five stars from our family.
reliable, works fast, soothing and non stinging,

Works wonders
I used this cream from day one on my little one's red bottom. By the next nappy change the redness had completely disappeared. I haven't required it often, but when I've needed it, it's done wonders. A little bit is required each time. It's so easy to obtain as its available from the local supermarkets and well priced.
Inexpensive. Easy to find. Only require a little bit.

Fantastic Product
This cream is fantastic for nappy rash - you only need a little and it seems to work immediately with my little boys bottom looking much better by the next nappy change. Would not be without this one and keep a spare in the nappy bag just in case. Have tried a few of the others as samples and always came back to Sudocrem.
A little goes a long way and works immediately

Love this cream!
I first tried this when i was given a sample pot in the hospital when my son was born. He has never had nappy rash, however he does get a bit of a sore bottom after doing a poo. A small dab of Sudocrem soothes any redness and he is better by the next nappy change. You only need the tiniest dab too, so the pot lasts for ages.
Not too expensive, last for ages, works very well

Brilliant
This product is generally marketed for nappy rash, dermatitis or eczema. My son has not experienced any of these particular problems however i began using the cream because my son developed an irration to a baby wash i used on him so he began to sting and develop red sores. after discontinuning the baby wash and swapping to QV gentle wash i began applying the Sudocrem to the red irritated areas and it helped the redness disappear and baby wash no longer irritated. I have since continued to use this product and apply it to the nappy area after each bath to prevent any irritations in the future, which luckily have not yet happened.
big open top lid on 250g tub, worked a treat on skin irritations

Awesome!
Tried it first when my bub had a really bad nappy rash, her bottom was so red and sore. A friend recommended we try it, then after a few application, the rashes started to dry up and her skin became less irritated and clear again. Just fantastic cause it works so quick!
Inexpensive

Use it several times a day
Someone recommended this as a nappy cream for my newborn. He is 10 weeks old now and I apply it every time I change his nappy. It applies a barrier and he doesn't feel that he's wet and he hasn't had nappy rash once so I think it really must work. It is fairly expensive but worth it for his comfort. I buy it online from epharmacy and it's $12 for a large tub. At supermarkets or chemists the same size tub is priced $16-$20.
Always works
A bit greasy

Fast working!! Take your bubs tears away!
I have used sudocrem on both my boys and it really is the fasted healing cream i have come across! It also works to protect bubs skin. I had a very sick 7 month old in hospital with salmonella poisoning and I can tell you he had severe nappy rash from all the yucky poop. The hospital gave me 3 other creams to use and they all did nothing so I had my husband bring in the sudocrem, within 2 days the nappy rash was gone and didnt come back even with another week of very sick bub just by putting a very thin layer on with every nappy change.
Works so fast! you only need a small amount meaning the tub lasts a long time, if bub is prone to nappy rash a small thin layer will prevent it!

It works
Works quickly and effectively. The only thing I can fault are the tubs they come in. I have long fingernails and it's annoying trying to get the cream on to my finger without it going on to my nails and underneath them. I think It would be much better in a tube with a lid similar to tooth paste that way it can be opened with one hand. Over all it does the job and quickly.
Works quickly
The tub that it comes in isn't very practical.

Nappy Rash Be Gone!
This cream is excellent for nappy rash!! I have used it on my little girl since day one. The hospital recommended this & gave me a small tub that lasted for months, and It hasn't let me down! Each time i apply the cream to the affected area, within a day it's usually at least 80-99% better. My partner has also used Sudocrem for Dermatitis his on finger, it has worked very well to help with the itching redness & usually clears up fairly fast!
You can pretty much get it anywhere and it goes a very long way! Healing time is excellent :)

Fairly effective
A lot of nappy rash creams including this one are also for eczema which is what ive tried using it for. The cream does help the eczema somewhat but doesnt toally clear it. It is a lot better than some other creams ive tried though. Ive used it a bit for mild nappy rash on, y baby and it does hrlp.
Fairly effective

Love love love this cream
Absolute life saver. This cream is awesome. I was first hooked when my little girl (now 5 years old) was just a baby. Perfect nappy rash cream. We continue to buy and use it for all sorts of irritations. It has helped with my little girls eczema (probably tried around ten others and this was the best), hormonal redness on my chin and pacifying my little one with any itches or scratches in the middle of he night. It seems to offer instant relief. My partner has even used it to sooth chaffing after a sweaty day in the workshop.
Inexpensive and actually works

Not a bad nappy rash cream
This cream is pretty good. It's nice and thick and good as a barrier cream. The only thing is, because it's in a tab it's hard to use without getting it under your fingernails (and I don't have long nails!) I found that it prevented nappy rash, but think there's better creams out there (such as nappy goo)
Works
Tub is inconvenient to use

Cant live without it!
I used to only use it on a prn basis but when baby got a red bum I started using it regularly and haven't had any nappy rash since. Simply a necessity and works brilliantly! Treats or prevents nappy rash. Minimal mess and fuss.
