Love this product
Been using for about 4 years now.
No, my hair isn't silky soft and shiny like the hair commercials - it's better in the way that it's now strong and my scalp isn't over producing oil. I can now go 4-7 days without shampooing before I get itchy scalp and my ends don't split nearly as quickly.
Depending on activity I'll only wash my hair once/twice a week but on the in - between days when I do wet my haute, I will only condition the ends.

Terrible
I have very fine Asian hair that tangles and gets oily easily and after suffering from pretty bad hair loss, I decided to give this shampoo a try. It doesn't lather well so I had to use a bit more as I was convinced that not all areas of my head were coated. When I was done, I found three big wads of hair at the bottom and more fallen hair clinging onto my body which usually doesn't happen even when I use very chemical-heavy products. I air-dried my hair for best results but found that it had become very dry, frizzy, and overall dead instead. M...Read more
y sister said that I looked like a homeless person? By the next day, my hair had become oily and flat as if I never washed it the night before. Definitely will never use again. If you have hair like mine, stay away from this product.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Wonderful surprise - It actually works!
Ever on the look out for hair care with no sulphates because of my eczema, I thought I would try this. I have very fine blonde hair which is curly and wavy also knotty and was using plantur 39 caffeine shampoo because I am also menopausal and losing hair thickness fast! I didn't expect much but have used other Sukin products so got this and the conditioner. The conditioner is good nothing special but good However the shampoo is something else!!! My hair feels thick and elastic and less hair has fallen out since I have been using it, my hair feels and looks so much improved I was blown away. If you are menopausal or have fine tangly hair you have to try this stuff it works.

Sukin products
Discovered Sukin products whilst in Australia, and been using them successfully ever since.
eg- shampoo, conditioner, rose hip oil & cream.
Love the lightness and odour of the products and the fact there are no chemicals

Great Shampoo For Thinning Hair
Very happy with this shampoo. I have very thin hair to the point where you can see my scalp. After using this shampoo I noticed my hair looked full. Yes it does give you a hard texture in your hair, but you must be gentle combing it out. I recommend this shampoo to anyone wishing to add volume and conserving your hair.

disappointed with the shampoo and conditioner bad results !
I'm disappointed with these products because i am real lover of what the company believes in ! But the product is really bad for my hair. My hair is really really dry but feels very oily and doesn't look freshly washed at all. Also a really bad product if your hair is curly or frizz prone. My hair was a mess and very tangled after using. My hair dressers say you should always use a product at least 1 to 2 month to see the benefits but i could not wait that long with my hair looking so bad. One positive thing is that the smell of the products are really nice.

Silky smooth
Bouncy silky smooth hair! Love this conditioner so much! I leave it on for a hour put a plastic shower cap on then rinse and voila! My hair is great. A key with this is to let your hair air dry!!

This Shampoo is a definite no!!!
I wanted to make a conscious move to Organic products. Some products were good too, but buying Sukin Protein Shampoo was the one product that is absolutely a terrible choice I ever made. This shampoo has brought upon more hair problems that any shampoo can possibly do. I have fine, long hair and chose this one. Using this Shampoo has resulted in a very bad hair fall and dandruff. How much ever you wash, it leaves a coating in the scalp and makes the hair break when you comb or brush. I observed the bad results in the first few washes, wanted t...Read more
o give it some more time. It only got worse! A terrible buy. Now I have to take measures to restore the health of my hair and scalp. 1. Makes the hair fall. 2. build up in scalp leading to dandruff. 3. knots the terriibly if conditioner is not used.1 comment

Smells nice and good results
I have been in search for a shampoo & conditioner that will meet my personal needs with minimal impact on the environment and of which does not test of animals. Many hair care ranges are pricey but I thought I would given Sukin a go given it is cheaper or easier to come find in many stores.
I thought the pump bottles would be really easy to use but it doesn't give much of the product so a few pumps are needed. The shampoo feels strange to use in my hair (I suppose since I am so used to lathering). My hair feels a tad dry but the conditioner counters this.
My hair is soft and shiny after use and dare I say, has less frizz!
inexpensive, kind to the environment, does not test on animals, nice results
shampoo makes hair feel dry

Will be using again...
After seeing so many reviews on so many different hair products claiming to work I thought I'd go look at my local chemist to see what they had and read their natural shampoos myself... I have real fine hair. My hair colour is naturally a dark blonde but have kept it bleach blonde for well over 10yrs so as you can imagine a lot of damage done. I have tried a fair few "fancy" shampoos and conditioners but after washing my hair I would have to wait for it to dry and slowly brush it... Was always knotty from all the damage I had done to it. Today ...Read more
I brought sukin protein shampoo and conditioner. I have now used it and towel dried my hair went to go watch tv until it dried so I could brush it and I could actually run my fingers through my hair and the couple of knots I had were quickly gone :) I can comb my wet hair and it feels fantastic. I'm sticking with this product and I'm sending it to my mum to use too since she has the same kind of hair :) so happy Soft hair, awesome smell, wonderful productSimilar opinion? I like the conditioner but its so hard to create bubbles with the shampoo. Are all the natural products like this? Sukin products are very cheap, why is that? Is it really good ingredients but just low price?
4 answers
Correct, most will not contain the (harmful) chemicals which creates the lather and bubbles. It is hard to say why Sukin's products are so cheap, I guess the costs begin right from the early stages in the supply chain. That doesn't mean their products or ingredients are bad.
Because the lathering is basically SOAP agents. which causes hair to lose their springness or volume, after using that product. every time, i mean every time i use it, my hair always maintains that thick bouncy volume of hair whereas generic lathering shampoos causes my hair to go flat which in turns requires me to comb it, let it dry, and wait for the hair cells to secrete the natural oils to make the hair have volume!
If a shampoo is sulphate reduced or free, it will not lather. Lather - though 'FUN' is not good for your hair.
