Is the foam blender attachment supposed to spin around? Also when I first turn it on to make frothy milk you can hear it working then it stops and all three lights come on. Milk is not even warm.

Yes, happened to us as well. More than just the Teflon... it won't be long before you've got serious groves in the aluminium as well.

All 3 buttons kept on being illuminated, no flashing . I had to plug the power cord off the power outlet.is this normal or the control is faulty?

The lights stay illuminated all the time as long as the power is on An the jug is on it. It will only change once a feature has been selected and the frother is working.

According to the instructions, the button selected will remain illuminated during operation, and will turn off when complete, but both times i've used my machine all the panel lights illuminate, and after 10 mins and they are still all glowing I have had to switch it off at the wall and also they are not flashing to indicate anythings cooling down. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had the same experience. So I just turn the power off when complete. I think Sunbeam should rewrite the instructions.
I also find it's very hard to take the mixer/frother button off the jug to clean.

How can you make the milk hotter?

For Super Hot Coffee

I make my coffee is a stove top espresso pot. When that has finished hissing I pour that coffee into mugs. Each mug is filled to 1/3rd to 1/2 capacity. I then fill the Café Creamy with 2% skim milk and turn it on. The Mugs of coffee go into the microwave for 2 minutes and are brought to the boil. At about the time the coffee in the mugs boils, the frothed milk is ready. Using a spoon to hold the froth in the frothing jug, pour the milk into the mugs until they are about 3/4 full.**

The mugs then go back into the microwave and are again brought to the boil. After that, they are taken out and the froth is added and dusted with drinking chocolate. This method makes three mugs of scalding hot coffee.

** Take great care when pouring the milk into the boiling coffee, it will sometimes bubble up quite vigourously, so only a few drops to begin with.

Yes it does come off, but you really have to get your finger under the attachment a bit & pull quite strongly.

How do I change the foam and mixing attachments???

They attached magnetically, so you remove the attachment by gripping with your fingers & pulling, firmly. Your other attachment is in a little hidey-hole in the base of the frother, so just turn the base up-side down & you'll see it. Good luck with it...nearly everyone I know with one of these Sunbeam frothers has had it stop spinning after about a month to 6 weeks. :-(

To be honest I can't remember but someone has already answered for you. Good luck with your unit. I changed to a Breville unit after having 2 Sunbeams fail on me in a short time.
