I ordered a sleep trainer clock, which was dispatched and delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the sheep was faulty so I tried to contact them to enquire about an exchange or refund. There is no phone number to contact them, but you can email or text which I have done multiple times and still no response.
Very frustrating and am now at a loss what to do.
Terrible customer service and I will not use them again nor would I recommend them. Shop somewhere else.

Faulty product and horrific customer service
We ordered a love to dream swaddle and it had a hole in it. We have now tried to contact them through various means a number of times with zero response. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Faulty product and no response
Purchased 2 sleep teainer clocks that glitch constantly (turn off completely, the lamb eyes not shutting and all buttons lighting up incorrectly). Tried contacting swaddle shop and no reply. Initial postage was very quick but heaven forbid you have any issues and need to make a warranty claim. Super frustrating.

Terrible customer service
Product came damaged and not in original packaging. After contacting customer service was told that that was how they did things to save on postage. Customer service then stopped replying to my emails.

The manager helped to rectify an unclear return shipping policy

I was contacted by the manager blake and the issue has been resolved. Swaddle shop sent me a prepaid envelope to return the items and apparently they have updated their shipping return policy on their website.

I sent several emails / texts querying who was to pay for the return shipment as it was unclear on the website = no response. ***Be warned you will have to pay the $7.95 fee and also the return shipping, so you are likely to be around $20 out of pocket if you need to return the items. Really poor service
Really poor service. They haven’t responded to their text line. I called to follow up they said that they would be in touch with some info re my purchase, but they never responded.

Terrible customer service, expensive defect item delivered.
I purchased an Ergopouch sleep suit bag a month ago, the item was unusable and a choking hazard for our 18 month old as the zipper on the legs was broken (not attached to the suit) and the collar at the top was falling apart unstitched. I have tried contacting them via calling, texting their mobile help number and emailing lots of times, they do not respond at all and no refund or exchange for another sleep suit given. Would never buy from them again after this at all! What a waste of my $70.

Thief - do not buy from this shop
Nothing good to say....
We brought a formula pro and after 6 months the heater element was faulty so we contacted swaddle shop who said it needs to be returned to the supplier, the supplier didn’t have a replacement machine so we got told we would receive a refund from the swaddle shop. After trying to contact swaddle shop 8 times via email and phone with no response we contacted the supplier which also emailed the swaddle shop as they had refunded the swaddle shop for the faulty machine and they have not refunded us. This was 4 weeks ago!!! Still no reply to emails or phone calls or text messages. Do not buy from this shop. THIEVES
So we have decided to take this further
