I ordered a sleep trainer clock, which was dispatched and delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the sheep was faulty so I tried to contact them to enquire about an exchange or refund. There is no phone number to contact them, but you can email or text which I have done multiple times and still no response.
Very frustrating and am now at a loss what to do.
Terrible customer service and I will not use them again nor would I recommend them. Shop somewhere else.

We ordered a love to dream swaddle and it had a hole in it. We have now tried to contact them through various means a number of times with zero response. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Shocking company and customer services

Do not order from this company! Parcel not left in safe place therefore stolen. Not one word from them from 5 emails/texts, totally ignored my issues, there is no phone number to contact thrm with just email/text. Disgusting customer service and I will never use them again. PayPal went in their favour as it said delivered despite a flaw in where it was left. Police notified but apparently doesn't matter. Still no word, no acknowledgement or replacement sent

Bought some swaddles for our bubs, one of which came with a broken zipper. After endless emails and phone calls and text messages with ZERO RESPONSE, i just gave up

Purchased 2 sleep teainer clocks that glitch constantly (turn off completely, the lamb eyes not shutting and all buttons lighting up incorrectly). Tried contacting swaddle shop and no reply. Initial postage was very quick but heaven forbid you have any issues and need to make a warranty claim. Super frustrating.

Wow Swaddle Shop have been great I have purchased Love To Dream swaddles from them on 3 occasions and they always ship out right away and are packaged very well for delivery. The last order I placed at 7:30pm on Monday in WA and it was shipped the same evening and arrived from NSW to me on Wednesday morning just 1.5 days later with the standard free post option. They are the cheapest delivered price I could find online and stock a huge range that's why I keep coming back as my little one grows.

Product came damaged and not in original packaging. After contacting customer service was told that that was how they did things to save on postage. Customer service then stopped replying to my emails.

Ordered my ergopouch sleep suit at 3pm and received the order the very next day. I did pay for express shipping but not being in a metro area it usually still takes 2-3 days. To have the order packed and shipped within minutes of me placing the order was fantastic and meant I got it the very next morning. I will be shopping here again for the summer sleeping bags.

Best customer service I've received in a long time. I ordered a product they didn't have in stock anymore. Zoe was amazing, very quick and responsive. They offered a refund straight away. I then bought 2 sleeping bags with different designs. There was an issue with the courier company and they were again super responsive and helpful. they have a good range and prices but to me customer service is why I will definitely keep coming back

I wanted to track down a cocoonababy bed that my paediatrician recommended for my baby who was suffering from colic. I found online last Thursday that Swaddle Shop was advertising a cute limited edition dreamer design that I couldn't find in stock anyplace else. It was about 4pm which was past their same day dispatch time when I sent order through and paid the small extra fee for Express post and wrote a note at the checkout to please deliver ASAP. To my amazement it arrived to me in Melbourne the next morning just in time before the weekend. The product worked very well and helped my baby get high quality sleep. Thanks for the amazingly quick service and for stocking such great products.

I had a great experience with swaddle shop recently. I purchased an ergopouch winter sleepsuit from their website and wasn't 100% which size would be best for my child. So I left a note on the order to contact me for assistance to help decide and a lovely sales rep called me the next morning and measured up the two size options in a few places so I could compare with my child. I ended up going with the 8-24m and it fitted perfect for this season and should last also for next winter. I was actually surprised it arrived the next day and I didn't even pay for the express post option.

I purchased an Ergopouch sleep suit bag a month ago, the item was unusable and a choking hazard for our 18 month old as the zipper on the legs was broken (not attached to the suit) and the collar at the top was falling apart unstitched. I have tried contacting them via calling, texting their mobile help number and emailing lots of times, they do not respond at all and no refund or exchange for another sleep suit given. Would never buy from them again after this at all! What a waste of my $70.

Nothing good to say....
We brought a formula pro and after 6 months the heater element was faulty so we contacted swaddle shop who said it needs to be returned to the supplier, the supplier didn’t have a replacement machine so we got told we would receive a refund from the swaddle shop. After trying to contact swaddle shop 8 times via email and phone with no response we contacted the supplier which also emailed the swaddle shop as they had refunded the swaddle shop for the faulty machine and they have not refunded us. This was 4 weeks ago!!! Still no reply to emails or phone calls or text messages. Do not buy from this shop. THIEVES
So we have decided to take this further
