Makes a noticible difference
Clears foggy headedness. Takes about half an hour to work and lasts several hours. It improves mood. Makes long boring days easier to tolerate, and high stress important busy days feel easier. Better than any other vitamin B complex I have tried. Feels more natural and mellower that other Bs, theres no jitteriness, yet its much more effective. The difference is enough that I will never by any other brand, this one works and it works well. Dont take them after 2pm if you have have to sleep at night.
