SCAMMERS! trying to get my personal card information and licence!
As soon as my order went through they sent me emails asking for me to send a photo of my credit card and licence to confirm that they were correct. And told me that as it was an expensive item I should make sure to declare the correct value on shipping documents.. and wanted to let me know I might be having to pay import taxes.

Scammed by T-Dimension
I made an order on 31 January. Got my tracking number on 4 February. When it was 7 February, the order still wasn’t picked up by DHL, but the seller claims it has already been sent. Until this day I still haven’t received my item and the seller refuses a refund. The item I bought was 500 euros. Now T-dimension is not responding to my emails anymore. Never order from this website!

Identification fraud, do not buy from them.
Do not buy from these scammers, i paid for a new note 10+ and they sent me a email saying i need to give a copy of drivers license, passports and utility bills saying they needed it to comfirm my address. Even though i paid them through paypal. Now they say they have refunded my money because they wont process the order unless i give them the info they wanted, info that is NEVER asked for by other online companies.

nikon p10000 camera
bought the Nikon p1000 camera from these people because it was a little cheaper, says that it was getting delivered from Australia, turns out coming from Hong Kong, no tracking number or any email to let me know camera is on the way, bad service, I cancelled my order, spend a little more and buy local ordered on Saturday, and it was still not posted by the following Thursday, I will wait for my refund and buy local.

I had a simple purchase experience despite concerns
I was worried about buying a grey import, especially when spending AU$1200+ on a camera.
After ages looking online, I decided to purchase a Fujifilm x100f from t-dimension, directly on their website, rather than through ebay. I read many reviews here, and in ebay, and in other places. I decided the negative reviews left here were answered well by the site owners.
But... when you click buy (even using paypal), it still feels like a risk.

Extremely poor customer experience - don't buy from them
Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 from T-Dimensions via eBAY. Description listed shipping originated from Sydney, however this turned out to be Hong Kong instead (grey import) into Australia.
Competitively priced item, however failed working after 20 days usage and was then returned. Return requested video evidence of the defect (screen stopped working) prior to sending and on return (within 30 days return period).

return was effected after the 30 day money back period. Vendor enquired whether an alternative motherboard was acceptable due to acknowledged fault with manufacturer. I requested a replacement or money back given the timeframe of the fault. Retailer stated that manufacturer would not allow this and that I had to take a refurbished/repaired unit. Return has not been made nor Money Back. Vendor doesn't appear to honour own terms and conditions on the eBay site. Please consider avoiding vendor unless price is significantly better than alternative retailer and only if product return / guarantees aren't important for the purchase (as the experience is terrible for returns).Similar opinion? Bought a brand new Nikon lens. Well packed and shipped within 7 days BUT Nikon lens came in a Sony A7 box.
Makeshift box was used instead of original Nikon box.
Lens seems brand new. Checked for signs of pre use (i.e. fingerprints) but nothing found.

T-Dimension delivered really good service for me, before purchasing the Tamron 24-70 f2.8 G2 lens I emailed them asking a lot of questions about the process and warranty. They were upfront about everything and answered all of my questions promptly. T-dimension is a scam
I do not recommend buying with T-dimension. I bought a Samsung S7 from them recently and upon receiving the item, it was already unsealed. I then proceeded to experience problems with the phone and sent it back to them as it was under warranty. It's now been over 3 months since they've received the phone and are ignoring/not replying to my emails and holding my phone hostage.
T-dimension is a scam!

Excellent Service
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8+ (at AU$850.00) at 8.00am 20Sep17 and it arrived on my doorstep at 8.15am 22Sep17 via courier in its original sealed box wrapped in three layers of bubble wrap. Not bad considering it shipped out of Hong Kong (according to the detailed tracking information).

Worst Scam Ever
-Don't spend a cent on this scam
-Bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge for $878 AUD when it was fresh in the market for $1250 AUD everywhere.
-Very quick shipping to Australia, took like only 3 days
-6 months down the track, the screen stops working completely
-They deny warranty, make me pay $472 for fixing (this was cheaper than any other place in store so i did it)
-Whole warranty process took 6 MONTHS- that's right 6 MONTHS
-They replied to e-mails once every 8-9 days, blocked my phone number, put fake numbers up on their website
-After receiving the device from warranty, works fine for 2 weeks
-Same problem happens again
-I report it, they say we offer one year warranty, you have none left, you gotta pay $472 AUD again...Read more

I have purchased a mobile phone from T-Dimensions using my Paypal account. My money was charged to my credit-card as usual. Next day I've received an e-mail saying they are holding the order because my Paypal account is not verified. Every other retailer sent the goods without "being verified". Then I opened a case through Paypal, because T-Dimension was still holding my money and not sending the goods, but also got my Paypal account verified (which in itself was a bit of a hassle to find out how). UPDATED - Selling Faulty Kindle - Not Genuine Kindle!
Purchased a Kindle Paperwhite for our daughter in Australia. No mention in product web pages or in email sale confirmation that goods are supplied from Hong Kong. This is a scam. When my daughter opened the Kindle and switched it on she immediately noticed two dead pixels on the screen. When contacted for details of how to exchange the product they insisted it has to returned to Hong Kong.

There is no manufacturer's warranty. You only get theirs but it will not include a warranty on batteries, cords, etc. Also will only warrant manufacturer's defects. They are in China and they will dispute any claim you try to make as owner damage and not a manufacturer's issue. BEWARE.
Same issue - locally purchased Sony Z3 compact with a crack in screen is repaired no-charge (not even shipping costs). T-Dimension quote $145 to repair a screen on a $600 Z5 phone. This is the fourth or fifth product I have purchased from them and was really happy because nothing ever went wrong. The phone wasn't dropped (and Sony claim they are really robust).
I certainly won't be buying anything from them again!
Their warranty service is appalling. Trying to get warranty cover is extremely difficult with them.
I would not recommend T-Dimension, even if they are a few $ cheaper.
