Worst experience I ever had online!
After ordering the phone they asked for scans of drivers licence, credit card etc.! Just about ridiculous how anyone would send this to them. Had paid with paypal (linked credit card ) and so there was absolutely no need to ask for anything else as the payment was already processed.
They seem to make money on interest while emails go back and forth. They stubbornly insist to have the scans ( DON'T EVER send anything like that to anyone, as it can be used for fraudulent things) So after coming back from a ...Read more
1 week trip They still send about an email a day asking for the scans. Don't buy there!!! It is just a waste of time while they make money in interest on YOUR money while you try to get it back. The shocker is that once you have resolved the issue with a Paypal complaint, Paypal tells you that it might take up to wait for it !! 30 days!!! for the money to be booked back onto the credit card! Worst company service I have ever received. Received a faulty unit and the hoops I had to jump through was ridiculous.
They requested my personal password to access faulty unit. Manufacturer advised if they were using an authorised agent there was no need to provide.....why?????.
Obviously not using an authorised service agent!

Poor After Service - Stole My Phone
Although there are many five star reviews mostly because its review for the purchase process itself and not the after service (warranties) and also because they offered money previously to review their website.
So basically, the purchasing process was good. Paid and the phone was received within a week in a brand new condition.

heir emails, they said the phone has been 'flashed' when it was never flashed and then basically called me a liar when they were the ones or the repair shop was lying. They said it would cost me around $300 to repair. I kept contacting them regularly and they stopped replying to my emails and the phone is still with them. It's been over 2 months and they still have not replied. I'm guessing they have probably refurbished my phone and sold it off by now. So buyer beware, there is NO warranty, so buy locally instead since you can't contact the ACCC for help.

Not Interested in Repair/Replace of Phone After 1 Year - Forget AU Consumer Guarantee
This vendor has received many good reviews. However, while the purchase part is good, they will NOT honour your Australian Consumer Guarantee after 1 year. For those that do not know what this is, please do not comment on this review.
The ACCC has already highlighted the problem with internet purchases and the honouring of every Australian's right to the Consumer Guarantee. or this Australian law and it is proving difficult for the ACCC to do anything about vendors than are off-shore. So, I have an LG G4 that is less than 2 years old, stuck in the notorious "boot-loop" (i.e. it will not start up) and they refuse to do anything about it. So, it is a brick! On contacting LG Australia, they were quite happy to replace it (even though it is less than 2 years old) until they heard it had been bought on the internet. At which point they told me to contact the internet vendor. LG is well aware of the problem and has been replacing the LG G4 globally where it is older than 1 year. Clearly it is not good publicity for LG. Phone calls to T-Dimension, to what appears to be an AU phone number but is in reality just a diversion to an overseas number, were pointless, being told to write an email!Similar opinion? Fast Delivery, No hidden charges
This was my second purchase from T-Dimension.
On both occasions the item was delivered within 4 business days. Fantastic service times for an international delivery. Also, on both occasions, the item was as advertised with NO hidden charges!

Great service, unbelievably fast delivery
Ordered on Thursday got it Tuesday. And that was an international delivery. Don't get that sort of service from local companies. I also bought BlackBerry phones, not the most popular devices so thought they might take some time. But no, 4 business days, absolutely brilliant, well done T-dimension, will use again for sure.

One of the best
The service is great, the phone came in its sealed box, the products are cheaper than any local retailer and fast FREE shipment with express service (I received my phone in 3 days and it came with Toll). This is the third time I try them and they were excellent in the three purchases.

The Worst Company With Suspected Eloborate Phising Scam. Beware!
I placed a order for Sony XZ Phone through my PayPal account. PayPal deducted the money from my account and paid to the compnay. The company got the money, however, after couple of days I got an e-mail from the company that as my PayPal account was not verified they will not ship the product untill I provide them documents for adrress verification, my land line phone number, and they even provided the suspicious link to PayPAL for verification of my account.

the account verification is only required for the sellers and not the buyers and I have been buying many things from my PayPal account previously without knowing that my account was unverified. My delivery address was supplied by me and was verified by PayPal too. Their actions look very suspicious. after discuusing this issue with PayPal, I started refund dispute process for the non delivery of product through PayPal and the refund was processed by PayPal for non delivery of product. Very Poor Service, either they didn't have the product or company wanted to hold off money without delivering the product for a while for their balance sheet or they are carrying out eloborate phising scam. The truck arrived late that afternoon in Adelaide, but because Toll do not deliver Saturdays I had to wait until Monday @ 10am when my new phone arrived. After losing my phone, I needed a new phone quick. I ordered the Samsung S7 from T-Dimension and they said it would arrived within 3-5 business days. It arrived on the 3rd business day! Super quick delivery! Couldn't have asked for anything more! The phone works great and was one of the cheapest I could source online at the time. Highly recommended!

Bought Galaxy S7 Edge G935FD and it arrived in 3 days! The product came in an undamaged, unopened original box and so far it has been working like a charm. I would recommend these guys to anyone. It is hard to trust online sources when you don't know them. However, T Dimension makes everything simple and the ordering process is smooth.

Just bought a Samsung S7 Edge from T-Dimension. Arrived within 3 business days, and it works great, as described, and no issues. Cheapest one I could find from a store that accepts Paypal (a must for me due to the Paypal protection). Would happily buy from T-Dimension in the future.

What got me into buying from T-dimension is the reviews you guys put here, their competitive prices and answering my questions (original/location/warranty, etc.) about the products.

I noticed that the email invoice was missing the expected number of days due to arrive. I sent an email to ask them about it the next day after I got the invoice. They replied two days later, but that was the day that the item arrived. So, I guess you do you judging. All in all, my experience with shopping from T-dimension is 100%.Similar opinion? False advertising
He advertises one model on his website (usually with a wide support of mobile networks), but ships a different one (generally cheaper Asian model with limited connectivity in Australia).
I ordered a OnePlus that he advertised as the international model with support for LTE bands 1/3/5/7/8/20 but he sent the China model with support for only half the number of bands and then he refuses to refund me.
There are many more horror stories on the Internet. I wish I had read them before I ordered from this charlatan.

Fast Shipping, Great Price, and Flawless Product
I bought Galaxy Note 5 for a quite cheap price compare to other seller. I was quite unsure about the seller at first, but after buying from them I can definitely recommend to others.
My phone was delivered on time. The phone is still in box and no damage in the box whatsover. The seller always fast to reply about my concern. Totally good to buy your smartphone or other electronic you need.

There is no manufacturer's warranty. You only get theirs but it will not include a warranty on batteries, cords, etc. Also will only warrant manufacturer's defects. They are in China and they will dispute any claim you try to make as owner damage and not a manufacturer's issue. BEWARE.
Same issue - locally purchased Sony Z3 compact with a crack in screen is repaired no-charge (not even shipping costs). T-Dimension quote $145 to repair a screen on a $600 Z5 phone. This is the fourth or fifth product I have purchased from them and was really happy because nothing ever went wrong. The phone wasn't dropped (and Sony claim they are really robust).
I certainly won't be buying anything from them again!
Their warranty service is appalling. Trying to get warranty cover is extremely difficult with them.
I would not recommend T-Dimension, even if they are a few $ cheaper.
