hi all, i am having lots of issues with the internet disconnecting both wifi and ethernet. have to reboot the tv and then it will work again for a couple of hours or it might work for a day or two then rinse and repeat. i have done the latest update provided by tcl to get amazon prime installed etc about 2 months ago. anyone have any suggestions? i have also contacted tcl but no reply as yet

How do I get Amazon Prime on this model ?

You dont. Its not in the Google play store for this model. Im trying to find a way to download it myself.

Hi James, I rang TCL and they told me that the techs are currently designing a patch that will include Amazon Prime in the apps. Please leave your TV on auto update and it will download when available...believe it or not ???
In the meantime if you figure out a way to do it please drop me a line.

Hi Nick & James,
I had the same problem, no Amazon prime or Disney+. I contacted TCL and they emailed me a link to a firmware update that you download and put on a USB drive to update. Followed their instructions and worked flawlessly, I now have both Amazon prime or Disney+
It took about a week for their reply, so be patient :-)
