No qualms as yet!
Fantastic quality picture. Very easy to setup and use. Not the worst volume but would probably recommend attaching to speakers for that crystal clear sound every tv buff desires. All in all a very good TV for its price.
Purchased in March 2021.

Very Good Product, second TCL TV since 2013 first unit L55V7300F3DE reason for change better inter
Purchased this TV on 2018.04.06 together with voice remote. Picture perfect,HDMI connections good.
Smart Functions very good however browser installing say GOOGLE .com does not allow you to add to apps Can use Voice Remote i believe),should be rectified and allow to update to models less than year old..(
Keyboard on back of remote would also work. Speaker quality not good, but it is a TV so space would be a problem. Sound bar the way to go.
Had to contact TCL for advise and spoke with MARIMAR CLEMENTE great service very helpfull and sorte...Read more

Great size tv
Great picture quality, especially when watch Netflix/Stan ect. Tv setup is great, easy to navigate through and select whatever feature you want. Perfect size for our lounge room not to big and not to small.
Only down side I have found to the tv is it takes a long time for it to turn on.... goes through the loading screen for close to a minute.

Do NOT buy this!
We got this TV just before Christmas of last year. We were so excited as it looked absolutely amazing in store. The very first day we got it we had issues with it turning off by itself and not going onto Netflix. We have called TCL over 6 times since December and now have our 3RD TV FROM THEM! They replaced the tv twice with a new one and new 3 year warranty which we were happy with. But every single tv has had issues. The first one they told us the software was out of date. The second one they gave us had green marks all throughout the screen....Read more
This third one keeps updating itself and after it does the tv doesn’t work, it either doesn’t turn on or it keeps muting or turning off for no reason! The software is way out of date and this tv is not worth the $1600 we got it for!.. never going with this brand again, we have a samsung smart tv that we have had for over 2 years now and have had NO issues with it whatsoever.Similar opinion? Good Picture Bad Software
We were so excited getting this but that soon turned to confusion and I spent a lot of the first afternoon trying to sort out the menus and set up. Its not the best but we have a workable situation now. The picture however is great! I have been wanting a 4K TV for ages and it is so vibrant to watch movies on - I love that. The audio - I knew this would be average so we run it through a soundbar. The TV looks excellent in the lounge too. I hope there are updates at some point because the software needs work.

Buggy mess, software updates lacking
Overall good value just don’t expect tcl’s android to be futureproof like it is on your smartphone, e.g don’t expect a single major update to android O, contact support for an update before you even hang it on your wall as the stock build is a buggy mess and the software update feature isn’t supported and never will be you have to load updates via USB
Picture quality good except whites are uneven due to the backlighting.
Speakers are average
Would prefer ports to be on the side on such a large tv,

Good value for money with very minor flaws
With minor adjustments, picture quality can be as good as if not better than a Sony or Samsung.
Had to do away with external speakers since the internal ones are pretty good. DTS sound.
4 HDMI, 1 USB 2.0, 1 USB 3.0 ports along with the usual video ports; good enough to cover all your accessories.
Built-in chromecast is a boon.
Android 6.0.1 with Netflix, YouTube...
Very satisfied with the deal it offers at roughly 30% less price compared to the big names.
3 yrs warranty is a plus!

Great TV for 4K Gaming on PS4 Pro - HDR10
Been playing for a month now and am very happy paying under $900 for a 4K HDR TV. Had some issues with HDR but called up TCL Support and we found the Setting to set HDMI 2.0 on the PS4 Port. Sound isn't to bad either for a cheeper TV. Android OS works well, boot up is a little slower than my LG 4K using Web OS but having android Tv is a bonus. Netflix app works great, supper fast and play HDR content. A real winner in the best TVs under $1000

Great tv if you want Android!
I purchased this tv on it's reputation for being able to install kodi from google play store, with it's powerfull dual band WiFi capability it's a great tv for internet media streaming at a much lower price then another top of the range brand.
Well worth looking at if you are in the market for a tv!

Awesome tv! Large feet though
Amazing picture quality on this tv! And not being a big brand j was sceptical but it is great! Only downfall on this tv is that the feet are quite large and wide being a big tv meaning a regular size tv unit won't suit this... so had a buy a new one but not much hassle!

Quality is poor
We bought the tce 60p20us tv a few days ago and we are very disappointed with the picture. It looks furry and very blurry for what it claims to be. We rang tcl and he kept saying it was a reception issue? We got a tv installer to come and look at it and he said the must be something wrong with the tuner coz it shouldn't do that. Our 6 year old lg tv has better quality than this. We are going to return it and get a better brand. The seller reckons that it's a broadcasting issue because we live in a rural area. Don't believe the lies they tell you.

Less than expected
This is supposed to be the latest and greatest product from this particular manufacturer. But I wish that one of their own developers had taken it home to use for themselves. I am sure then that they would have quickly noted it's limitations.
For a "smart tv" it leaves a lot to be desired.
It's price puts it in the "mid range" of other sets.
I cannot fault its vision and sound performance. Great picture, and good sound. But it's "operation".......well......
Let me describe two simple features (among others).
Firstly: the set cannot delet...Read more

Happy so far.
RRP $1699 @ Good Guys, bought for $1400 delivered. THeir service was good and helpful & they were busy. There's a $70 TCL rebate available that we took advantage off that gave us vouchers for Coles. So, net cost of the TV of $1280.
Assembly was easy. It's light so one person could conceivably get the legs on it. That was the more difficult task.
Setup was straightforward. No issues.
This is setup in a living room, 3.5 metres from the viewers and it's pretty damn good. We have no complaints with colour, sports viewing (come from a 42" Pana V...Read more
