I have a box of all the things I need to make many different cheeses. Also a simple to read Book of recipes. Each recipe is labeled with a level of difficulty which, as a first time cheese maker, I find very helpful.

My book came on time & the website was easy to navigate. I ordered one for myself and one for my mother to be delivered to a separate address. Only issue with The Nile is that they call you up to confirm your address before sending it out, which I think is unnecessary (no other company that I’ve experienced does this). They called my mum a dozen times and she had no idea what they were talking about as the book was for a mother’s day surprise. Not really what I wanted from this experience.

Needed this item quickly as another order we had made elsewhere had fallen through. It arrived very fast even during this Covid time and product was in excellent condition. Will definitely check here first next time.
