Great rates, and easy to use website.
Found the company very good- easy to use website, great online rates, and do-it-yourself style services. The only addition would be if they created an iphone app.
easy to use, good service

Excellent
Again the best interest rate going around that other banks cannot match, you can start a term deposit for as little as $1000 which is excellent in my opinion.
High interest rate, customer service I found was good

We recently needed to open up a term deposit and did some research on the internet. Ubank had the highest term deposit 6 month option for us, and was significantly higher than my own bank which could not match it. The account was opened very quickly and easily over the internet and you are given the choice of either putting in the funds via Bpay or via electronic transfer. You can also specify your requirements for maturity in the same application. I also like the fact that you can log on to your account and watch your interest growing every day!
Everything so far

Good
A very simple way to secure term deposit with reasonable interest rate. Secure online access and ease of navigation make this a must when considering options for term deposits from numerous providers on the market.
Once you have UBank savings account, opening even multiple term deposits are done with a few click of the mouse. Very simple to arrange. Very high interest rate with various payout options at the maturity. Get issued with a nice little card that summerises the deposit terms in the mail on completion. Links well with regular USaver ac...Read more
count enabling ease of transfer of money between linked accounts. Can't withdraw or go to branches to get the money. Your money at the maturity is returned with any interest you earned to linked account. Hardly a con if you really think about it.

When enquiring about early termination for Term Deposit, the CSR, Nyeru, spoke extremely quickly and was hard to understand because of her gabbled speech. Her comprehension of what I wanted was poor. She informed me there was no way to break a Term Deposit, without 31 days notice. Her manner was very matter of fact and dismissive, almost to the point of being rude. Other banks I have dealt with have provision to break a Term deposit, understandably with a break fee. Ubank simply state, there is no way you can get your funds earlier than a 31 day notice period. Our SMSF is being wound up, which I thought would be sufficient reason for early withdrawal. Paperwork needs to be completed 30 days before the End of Financial Year. I was informed the Terms and Conditions were quite clear, there was no way the Term Deposit could be terminated without a 31 day notice period. Therefore beware, if there is any chance you MIGHT need your funds early. I would look at other banks first.
