Simple to use and extremely fast response
I work night shifts on the Weekends, so when I couldn’t make it to my Sunday shift and My regular Drs Surgery and all local surgeries were closed, I couldn’t obtain a Certificate which was demanded from my employer, I found Updoc by chance and had my certificate delivered to both my email and phone, whereas I was able to present this to my Manager on the same night, great speedy service, will use again if needed.

Consistently do not listen to requests or respond to emails
Put up a review recently about how they often don’t include requests on your certificate. They responded online positively so upon using the service again I was more optimistic that my request would be catered for or I would receive assistance upon reaching out to the email provided. Two days later after receiving another certificate paid for without the necessary information that I requested and without hearing anything back from my email asking for this to be amended. Sick of wasting my money on a service that does not do what is advertised.

Medical certificate with ease
Great, easy service. We're stuck at home sick and not wanting to venture out to our GP just for a medical cert. Updoc had me covered for a medical certificate when I needed it. So simple and easy and we keep our germs to ourselves.

Super easy and I didn’t need to leave the bed

Great Service
Needed to obtain a medical certificate for work. My GP and other doctors in my area were all fully booked for at least a week.
This service was the answer!
It was quick, confidential & easy.

So easy and convenient when i was feeling lousy
A great service, thank you Updoc.
I was able to stay in the comfort of home while i was feeling lousy, instead of waiting hours/days to see a doctor for an already diagnosed illness.
The whole process was simple and my certificate was emailed quickly.

Is it bulk billed can I get scripts filled
