The yoghurt tastes great and refreshing and is nice to have and try the various flavours. These can usually be found on sale so that makes it even better. A good yoghurt to try, just make sure you read the label for the sugar content.
These are single varieties of the same Vaalia yoghurt. You have to read the label because most of these have a good amount of sugar in them. They are tasty, but I am cautious about the sugar content. It seems like I am eating good bacteria yoghurt but still eating a lot of sugar too.
The sugar content needs to be labelled more clearly. There is no point in saying its good for my stomach when it is full of sugar.
