Bought 3 couches at nearly $200 each. The quality of these are totally cheap as cheap. If you had sat on them they would break. I cannot believe a company would sell such crap furniture. Going to get a full refund or take them to court.

The garden mirror was delivered within 3 days of purchase, fantastic. It arrived well packed and in excellent condition. It looks lovely on our fence and complements the garden. We are thrilled with it.

Not very happy with product. One of the pieces had a screw hole in the wrong spot and one of the screws was not manufactured correctly.
The instructions were grossly inadequate. The product came in two boxes, one box on one day and the other on the next day. Both boxes arrived days after the quoted date of arrival.

the chicken coop is great value for money. a large coop suitable for our 5 chickens and durable. easy to construct, took a little time to put on the wire. very happy with the result.

I’ve purchased from vidaXL several times and there are never any problems and delivery is quick.
However, there was a screw missing from the pack in this order. The assembly instructions could be a lot better. There were only a few pictures, no text, so we had a bit of guess work to do!

I was replacing article purchased many years ago and found it on internet. Article sent was what I ordered and came in good condition.The price was competitive with similar bench seats

We bought a furniture and we were surprised how small it was. Even though they had the specs in the website, the photos were misleading. We wouldn't buy if we knew it.

I have put together a lot of flat pack furniture in my life, but this has been the dodgiest one of all. The holes didn't quite align for the screws. Even though it said there were 4 or 5 different kinds of screws (can't remember the exact number), we could only distinguish 2 or 3 - no numbers or letters on the packets to show which is which. When we finally completed it several hours later, there were 2 screws leftover which couldn't fit into the holes because of aforementioned issue.

feels like a chunky bar table. Always hard choosing from online pics but this was better than expected when it arrived. Much better than the bar tables around the same price / size. Being 110cm tall is about as high as you can get, and, it makes a difference - its transformed my small apartment space into a functioning living area. Im using it mostly as a laptop table which is unexpected - its also great for coffee and beer chats with mates...breakfast...why dont all loungerooms have these ?

Easy to use web site and make the purchase. Very fast delivery interstate. I was very surprised at the quality of the product given the very low price of the product.

I ordered a chicken run/coop for my wife as a surprise. Unfortunately order confirmation finished up in my junk mail which I didn’t see. However the way vidaXL resolved my concerns was first class and very customer focused. The coop is great, service guy very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending vidaXL to friends.

The product we received (Adirondack Chair) is such an inferior product. The timber shabby and paint work disgraceful. No bolts or screws or instruction just pieces of shabby timber. Returns policy (which I didn’t check, my bad) not worth sending back as will cost us more. So disappointed but we have learnt our lesson and will never purchase through this company again

Easy to review, order and receive expeditiously! The 3 units came within 2 days; not expected so quickly. The correct product appears to have been received even though I haven't yet unpacked kit.

I ordered an office desk from them which was on sale. It arrived as promised in the stated delivery window. Great. However, upon opening the box I noticed that the desk was badly cracked in the corner.

Was it a second?

Did the company know it was damaged before shipping?

Whilst my original review of the product remains, in fairness to the company, they have good, speedy customer support. They offered me a full refund. Appreciated!

I bought a sofa bed online. One page photo instruction was not enough to successfully attach some of the pieces. I asked a video but they sent another PDF and said there is no video to show how to assemble it. I did not email them again. Maybe they would have other suggestions!! Or would keep saying sorry! No time to waist more on this anymore.

Several damaged pieces. Would never buy from here again. Biggest piece of crap and waste of money. Very dissatisfied and my son who I bought it for was really upset
