Fantastic Service - Can't believe how smooth my warranty went.
Super great to work with, helped me progress a warrant claim with Hisense and did all the chasing with them. Contacted me once they had confirmed store credit available, then provided a better than online price and included delivery to get the replacement TV to me.

Great customer service
I purchased a $500 ish product online with Videopro. The service team provided timely updates on my order. A competitor had a deal going for the same product before I received my order. Videopro made it work for me price wise, when they could technically refuse. Would buy again from Videopro with confidence.

Very happy
After initially sending the wrong item & having to return it, only to find my unit was temporarily out of stock, although still marked as in stock online, I found the price had reduced by $120. After 4 days, Web Admin despatched my unit via TNT Express (I live in rural Qld) & refunded $120 to my paypal ac. In the end I am very happy.

Very poor customer service
A once good company, that has obviously grown and now cares little for customer service. To request email contact and refuse to take calls will sign your eventual death knell...

Good service via Ebay store - use quality courier (TNT)
Waited for 20% off Ebay deal and got very good price on a Panasonic TV. No fuss at all. Ordered Monday and they dispatched next morning. Would be happy to use again.

DON'T USE ONLINE
Placed an order at the Helensvale store, had no problem what so ever and staff were so helpful and kept me informed all the time concerning my order, special thanks to Chris.
Online, however, is a much worse story. WORST service I've ever experienced. My mum wanted to buy EXACTLY the same item as I had bought previously in store. After all this time to get the WRONG item is just not good enough. Woman called [name removed] processed my case.
1. Faulty product came in.
2. Called [name removed], they told me to call Videopro
3. [name removed] said because they do not have stock, it will take few weeks.
4. Fixed through, [name removed] (paid 8.5 dollars-not even my fault) after about 3weeks of important shooting schedule.
5. Rude service, decided to refund.

Becareful of this online supplier - they are lairs. Not in stock when they said it was.
I purchase the LG 75" tv from them at an agreed price. After I sent the money to them, they decided not to supply me the tv and will refund my money. I still haven't received my money back. They stated that they "were out of stock" but their website clearly stated they had stock. They are not following Australian law!
So now i am out of heaps of money and no TV. I can not afford another tv as they have my money.

VideoPro Helensvale Team are Brilliant
I rarely write a review but this is deserved. I bought a new Sony TV and a Denon AV Receiver (within a few days of eachother) and was met with the same great service both times. Few hiccups with the delivery and all to start with but web admin did a good job to speed up the process an all.
February 6th 2018 Update: Totally terrible service Could not have TV delivered in more than 50 days.
Placed an order, order came after 20 days TV arrived broken. Help! and it arrived
Ordered a Samsung and it arrived damaged. Tried to ring Samsung and got the most ridiculous runaround you ever saw. Rang Ben at Videopro DFO in Brisbane and he had it sorted in 5 minutes flat! Great service and would recommend to anyone. As for Samsung ..... never buy one of their products again!

Not in stock, long delay
I ordered a sony blu tooth audio for my wife on 3/Dec/17 as a xmas present. Paid extra for priority ordering. Guess what, not in stock. Was told that the good would be in warehouse in two weeks. Contacted them after two weeks, was told that there is delay, at least Jan 2018. I then asked for cancellation of order, they agreed but nothing happened. Still trying to get my money back through paypal. So far they are not responding to any email sending to them via paypal. Not an online company to be trusted. Firstly, if good is not in stock please don't take order and take money. Secondly, should response to customers to resolve issue.

Oh, the spam!
Here's what I wrote to VideoPro at the time...

. Why am I telling you? Because it started after your postal dispatch of my purchase, so I am guessing that somehow the scammer is finding out who you are sending stuff to. A trouble-free purchase, except for follow-up spam
My order was dispatched on the day after the Sunday evening when I placed it, and it arrived in mint condition and within the expected timeframe for the delivery option that I had selected. All good in that respect.
However, you will then receive a spam email, soliciting a review, from Feefo, a British outfit that had nothing to do with your purchase, to whom your email address was nevertheless provided. ey didn't opt IN for in the first place, rather than the other way round. I've knocked two stars off my rating for that. Admittedly, I do have a thing about spam, but one might ask why I penalise Videopro when the first paragraph of my review suggests that better is deserved. It's because the disclosure of my email address to a third party irrelevant to the purchasing process, and the resulting spam email, were a part of the purchasing experience, and it was a part of the purchasing experience because Videopro have chosen to make it so.Similar opinion? Avoid like cancer
They refuse to exchange faulty goods if you are unlucky enough to still receive faulty goods after multiple exchanges, even if you can very clearly prove it, and are very dishonest. They advertise most of their products as 'in stock' despite having no stock in an attempt to suck customers in, then their excuses given for delayed shipping times on orders as well as exchanges (which inexplicably take significantly longer) are completely nonsensical. te and eBay listings are highly deceptive in an attempt to confuse customers into spending anywhere from a few hundred dollars to over $1100 on an extended warranty which for the most part customers are already entitled to under Australian consumer laws.
