3. [name removed] said because they do not have stock, it will take few weeks.

I purchase the LG 75" tv from them at an agreed price. After I sent the money to them, they decided not to supply me the tv and will refund my money. I still haven't received my money back. They stated that they "were out of stock" but their website clearly stated they had stock. They are not following Australian law!

So now i am out of heaps of money and no TV. I can not afford another tv as they have my money.

My order was dispatched on the day after the Sunday evening when I placed it, and it arrived in mint condition and within the expected timeframe for the delivery option that I had selected. All good in that respect.

They refuse to exchange faulty goods if you are unlucky enough to still receive faulty goods after multiple exchanges, even if you can very clearly prove it, and are very dishonest. They advertise most of their products as 'in stock' despite having no stock in an attempt to suck customers in, then their excuses given for delayed shipping times on orders as well as exchanges (which inexplicably take significantly longer) are completely nonsensical.
