Absolute Joke of a “Manager”
If you have ever dealt with Joell, the manager at greensborough Melbourne, she is an absolute fake! she would kept talking about herself and wouldn’t ask about you and she would pretend that she cares but she doesn’t. you can tell by the way she talks about herself and she would change the subject if you talk about yourself. I have met with a lot of case managers already and no one really cares about you. you would never get a job at all. do not waste your time with this so called perfect woman because she isn’t!

MT DRUITT OFFICE IS A JOKE
I have been with Wise a few years now and have had some wonderful case managers, But every time you get a fantastic one, they leave and you get a idiot.
You don't get told that you will be seeing someone new and when you go in to see them, like i did recently to update my job plan as i changed employer, you get ignored, My case manager saw me sitting in the waiting area and just ignored me, i was waiting over an hour, no one asked if i had an appointment etc and i had little time left to wait as i started work at 4pm (i work in retail an...
Ipswich Wise Employment Review
I have been with Ipswich Wise Employment for quite a while now and I couldn't be more happy with the Ipswich team. The entire staff are amazing and they have made me feel extremely comfortable in every way. They have been extremely helpful and Maria has been my most biggest support in so many ways. I highly recommend this amazing team.

Unfortunately I have yet to be placed with a representative that understands my invisible disability. I suffer from degenerative disc disease. This only allows me to work on a part time basis with access to public transport, close to home working in administrative roles.
I feel that this company's understanding of the disabled is based off a stereotypical belief of people with disabilities.
We are not all the same and we all have different needs and work experience, and we all don't want to be placed in a factory or cleaning position.
If you have a disability to not use
Not suitable for people with disability. There are no liaison officers who actively approach Clients and no one is educated/skilled in the nature of individual disabilities and the appropriate work for them. I have a mild acquired brain injury from cancer and have certain needs including needing to manage certain workloads, being unable to work full time or do long commutes and experiencing cognitive fatigue/memory isues. My assigned consultant constantly sent me full time roles to consider or jobs that were not right for my limitations. As my...disability is invisible and I used to be able to function at a higher level I did my own research, writing of selection criteria, cover letters etc. I constantly received texts confirming meetings that never happened. The one job I was placed at was with a family-owned business packing products. The employer got labour for a discounted rate, was not told of existing situation and my consultant showed no support or empathy when I was scheduled to 7am starts and bullied. This agency simply exists to get payments from Centrelink / the Department of Human Services. It is false.
Terrible terrible service
After being messed around for an appointment I turned up, only to be ignored for half an hour while people walked around eating and drinking coffee. For someone who struggles with clinical depression and anxiety that’s very very very poor service, I got told I would be contacted after I complained and I never was. This is obviously a money making operation that doesn’t give a crap about the people they claim to represent
Been in wise employment for 6 months they did no attempt to try find me work expect for work for the dole first time I went work for the dole no one was at my activity couldn't find anyone waited 20 mins so I left I tried ringing them after lunch around 2 and no answer no one was in the office 30 mins later my payments got suspended now I had a phone appointment with them at 3:45 they were spose to call me at 3:45.... They never did set me up to fail a few days before christmas
Since becoming disabled mid - life, Wise reinforced my belief that the disadvantaged remain so, due to the appalling help on offer. Coupled with the incompetent, ill- trained Management through to the top is apparent. In my experience Wise humiliated, degraded and disempowered me. Their complete lack of understanding of disabled needs, their disorganised structure and inability to communicate on any level, embarrassed me. Why must disabled people deserve the worst service, with the most poorly trained staff? I’ve managed organisations for a liv...ing, all my life. I’ve seen tough circumstances but on a human level, never witnessed such poor level of care and consideration for people. What makes this so sad is this is an organisation entrusted to help disadvantaged people. Whilst this is, if anything a shout out to all disadvantaged, please chose your provider wisely! I volunteered. I’m shocked and will take this to Canberra. The CEO seemed happy, by totally disregarding my feedback. That speaks volumes. And is consistent with Wise. The Disadvantaged need highly skilled practitioners. I witnessed apathy and such low skill and ability I’m shocked. This was my experience across the organisation I dealt with.
Absolutely a waste of time. Rope you in to sign up and then get offered the worst jobs imaginable. I'm a veteran with severe anxiety and signed up through the disability scheme and had my health statement completed. Only have ongoing casual jobs with pay that is a joke. There is no communication of circumstances with the employers as assessed by Centrelink and health care phycologist. Don't bother with this agency very disappointed with the service.
Disgusting business. Full of liars. This provider promises to find a job for you to get your name in their book from other provider's. Actually, they just offer you a casual job. After working for a couple of weeks, you will be terminated without a proper reason. By this way, they can claim benefit from Centerlink. The government already know their tricks and these businesses will be closed by 2023.
Can't wait that long to see they are closed. They don't want to see their clients go and lose $$$. Keep the unemployed wasting time by fooling them and get $$$ from tax payers
Very Positive Experience from Wise Employment Browns Plains
I would like to say that Deanne is an asset to Wise as she has demonstrated outstanding support to my daughter along with being professional. If you train your employees to role model Dee then your Company will be a very positive experience for everyone. It is so rare in today's world to have positive experiences especially when it comes to employment for people with a disability regardless of the severity. Dee gave my daughter the confidence to be successful in her new role, you might like to make her employee of the month.
Grubby Industry - At least they're polite about it
- Grubby industry but they're at least polite about it.
- Won't get you anywhere as you'll be phoned every week. It's supposed to be fortnightly.
- Have had a job for 5 months and still getting harassing phone-calls to come in and sign paperwork so it looks like they got me my current job. I'm not even on the government system anymore and don't receive a benefit.
- Said I could handle most jobs except cleaning. Got sent to an interview with a cleaner.
