If you have ever dealt with Joell, the manager at greensborough Melbourne, she is an absolute fake! she would kept talking about herself and wouldn’t ask about you and she would pretend that she cares but she doesn’t. you can tell by the way she talks about herself and she would change the subject if you talk about yourself. I have met with a lot of case managers already and no one really cares about you. you would never get a job at all. do not waste your time with this so called perfect woman because she isn’t!

If you get Kerri Mobbs from Logan, ask for someone else. She is rude and an idiot. The employment agency is a joke itself. They just want customers on the books to get "govt funding", they don't give a damn about you.

I was given three different personal contact staff over 6months. As one left, I kept getting another. Communication horrendous, really no support and when I talked to them kept getting very cool replies. I did want a job.

The entire staff are amazing and they have made me feel extremely comfortable in every way. They have been extremely helpful and Maria has been my most biggest support in so many ways. After being messed around for an appointment I turned up, only to be ignored for half an hour while people walked around eating and drinking coffee. For someone who struggles with clinical depression and anxiety that’s very very very poor service, I got told I would be contacted after I complained and I never was. This is obviously a money making operation that doesn’t give a crap about the people they claim to represent

Been in wise employment for 6 months they did no attempt to try find me work expect for work for the dole first time I went work for the dole no one was at my activity couldn't find anyone waited 20 mins so I left I tried ringing them after lunch around 2 and no answer no one was in the office 30 mins later my payments got suspended now I had a phone appointment with them at 3:45 they were spose to call me at 3:45.... They never did set me up to fail a few days before christmas

Absolutely a waste of time. Rope you in to sign up and then get offered the worst jobs imaginable. I'm a veteran with severe anxiety and signed up through the disability scheme and had my health statement completed. Only have ongoing casual jobs with pay that is a joke. There is no communication of circumstances with the employers as assessed by Centrelink and health care phycologist. Don't bother with this agency very disappointed with the service.

Disgusting business. Full of liars. This provider promises to find a job for you to get your name in their book from other provider's. Actually, they just offer you a casual job. After working for a couple of weeks, you will be terminated without a proper reason. By this way, they can claim benefit from Centerlink. The government already know their tricks and these businesses will be closed by 2023.
Can't wait that long to see they are closed. They don't want to see their clients go and lose $$$. Keep the unemployed wasting time by fooling them and get $$$ from tax payers

I would like to say that Deanne is an asset to Wise as she has demonstrated outstanding support to my daughter along with being professional. If you train your employees to role model Dee then your Company will be a very positive experience for everyone. It is so rare in today's world to have positive experiences especially when it comes to employment for people with a disability regardless of the severity. Dee gave my daughter the confidence to be successful in her new role, you might like to make her employee of the month.

- Grubby industry but they're at least polite about it.
- Won't get you anywhere as you'll be phoned every week. It's supposed to be fortnightly.
- Have had a job for 5 months and still getting harassing phone-calls to come in and sign paperwork so it looks like they got me my current job. I'm not even on the government system anymore and don't receive a benefit.
- Said I could handle most jobs except cleaning. Got sent to an interview with a cleaner.
