I’m using the buffalo weed and feed. Have sprayed on lawns but the liquid level in the container hasn’t reduced, is this right?

From my understanding, if it is the one you attach to the hose then the product in the container is gradually replaced by water from the hose as you go along. So you will end up with a container of water once the product has been used up
The bottle is emptied by a Venturi effect as the fast flowing waters moves across one of the outlet holes. No water goes into the bottle. It is usually because the plastic clip from the top has not been correctly re-inserted as per the instructions that no fluid is drawn up and out of the bottle.

Hi. It’s automatic so you don’t need to worry about ratios. Just connect the liquid weed n feed to your garden hose and the bottle will automatically achieve the right combination. It works surprisingly well!

I am on low pressure tank water and it is not suitable for use with the spray bottles of your weed and feed product. What iwould like to do is mix the product in a pressure sprayer and use that.
So what proportion of water to product should l use?

Hi i have an area of grass approx 40m2 . I have fenced or 6m2 and sprayed with yates weed and feed . Some areas have good grass not much bendis, other areas heaps of bindis . I am pretty sure the grass is cooch . Now I need to know when it is safe to let our 2 choocks on treated area so I can move on?

You can buy buffalo lawn weed and feed which will kill other weed within the buffalo grass, I use it and it works well.

Is it safe to use on garden beds i have this grass like weed in the garden and it spreads so far undd the ground that i just cannot get rid of it no matter how much i dig it up it keeps growing back im at my wits end?

Sounds like wild couch . Not sure it will get rid of that. You may need to source a different weed killer for that.
Hi dan don't know if ut is couch as this is thin grass roots and all and i know couch roots are thick as i have that out the front lawn

As long as it doesn’t rain within 24 hours after application it should do the job fine . :)
If its within a day it may affect the efficiency of how it works. It does say on the bottle "from memory" not to apply if you expect rain.

I bought 2 bottles of yates weed and feed for our large lawn but only about 1/3 of the product came out then the level in the bottle stopped going down so changed to 2nd bottle and it did the same. I even marked the level in the bottle put the hose on and walked away for 20mins it didn't drop a millimeter. Now what do I do with the rest of it? what ratio do I mix it with water to spray out of a proper spray pack? Or do I throw it in the bin and get a different brand that actually comes out of the bottle as advertised.

Why cant i mow for 7 days? Other weed killers take only hours to infiltrate the plant with enough poison to kill the weeds. Can anyone help?

Yates Weed n Feed Liquid Hose On can be applied to your lawn at any time of the day. For best results, don't apply the product to a freshly cut lawn (allow 7 days for the lawn and weeds to grow) and avoid applying to a lawn under water stress.
